Very clean and quiet!

Check in was fast and staff were friendly, our room was clean upon arrival and looked well maintained. The bed was really comfortable as well. Breakfast was decent and had a variety of food and drink options. The only downside was housekeeping only came to our room once during our three night stay. We’re not really sure why, maybe it was just an oversight. Regardless, we would stay here again for the convenience of the location and the other positives listed about the hotel.

Great place to stay! Only issue is that the receptionists and other hotel staff have a hard time speaking English. I almost had an issue with lost luggage and the ladies at the front couldn't understand what I was trying to say. It was very clear that a few bags might be missing so keep an eye out. Their response, "we do not understand". Also, the rooms could use wall hooks for hanging clothes/sweaters/purses/etc.

Cleaner than most hotels in leduc/edmonton. Room decor was nice. Bathroom was small. Soundproofing isnt the best. Breakfast was the same cheap sausages and eggs as all the others cheap hotel, not nutritious, not tasty.

I felt good and grateful because all the staff were so kind.

The beds are too soft but that is just my personal preference for a firmer mattress. Everything else was great!

Staff is friendly and efficient ! Bonus …with an option to checkout late with a small fee Breakfast was awesome ! Lots of great selection today ( ham , sausage , scrambled eggs , Hashbrowns, toast , pastries , yogurt oatmeal , juice coffee tea water ) hot tub is hot and pool is cool. Also 24 hr self serve water coffee and hot chocolate. Great price for a great stay I highly recommend.

Great location, room was very clean, staff were helpful. Breakfast was standard and good.

Hotel was great, pool was nice. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The only downside I saw is that there was quite a bit of homeless activity around back of the building.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Convenient location, nicely decorated, very new and clean, nice spacious room, comfy bed, very quiet. Great breakfast options. Only complaint is the closet hanging hook. Instead of a traditional straight across clothes rod it was a strange chrome thing that came out towards you and the hangers hug sideways, one behind the other, in little holes. Very difficult to get clothes/hangers in and out because of the curtain and the ironing board that were also in the same space. Not very practical at all.
