Room was adequate and clean. Bathroom felt dated but functional. The main property, entrance and location are amazing! Staff were accommodating and managed early check-in.

Great room!!! Close to the water. Lots of key card entry. Haha but great I think parking should be included. But great hotel !!!!

The hotel lobby was always clean. The front desk staff made us feel like we were interrupting every time we needed something. The concierges were all wonderful. There was dog hair on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. The hotel should really have a dedicated elevator for dogs as well as designated floor. There were dogs everywhere and for people with allergies, it made for a difficult stay.

Private beach and view from our room were nice but the property is not worth the money. Pool and hot tub were not clean. I would not stay again.

Great location! We stayed over a long weekend with our little dog for 2 nights. From check-in to check-out, we had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. This hotel is on the older side but the property and it's ammenities are well taken care of. Staff throughout the property were very friendly. The location is within walking distance to many of the city's attractions like the beach, retaurants and shops. Highly reccommend.

Wouldn’t stay at this property again. Very noisy, don’t expect to sleep on Friday’s or Saturday’s. Cleanliness is questionable. On a positive note, the staff is very helpful.

Amazing location, beautiful private beach, average rooms and below average indoor pool, some very friendly staff. You are basically paying for the location. Keep in mind that parking is $20 a night and breakfast is not included.

At one time this was a very nice hotel which I stayed at frequently during my working career. Unfortunately this time, a problem with the TV, no hot water for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, (cold showers), the bathroom sink drained very slowly (pipes needs to be flushed), our balcony floor appeared to be under renovations or they removed the old flooring and are thinking we wouldn't have noticed. When we mentioned the hot water issues the reception simply said thanks for letting us know and they would make a note. That was it. All this can be resolved if management cares to address and improve maintaining the property. Perhaps we just got the 1 room that requires attention. All other aspects of the hotel were very acceptable.

A wonderful and gorgeous place for a wedding. My niece was thrilled with the venue and everyone really enjoyed themselves. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

The staff had upgraded our room because we just got married it was such a nice surprise. Thank you for the staff for being so accommodating the front desk staff were always nice and the manager was extremely friendly you can tell he loves his job and making people happy. Our room was very nice and clean. The bathroom wallpaper needs to be fixed but no complains here. The $15 coupon if you don’t want your room cleaned is genius. My husband and I got coffees from the cafe and the staff were amazing and the coffee tasted just like Starbucks. We also had breakfast at the cafe and it was delicious. We are very pleased and so happy with our stay. We plan to come back thank you for everything <33
