Good: 安静, 交通便利

酒店上下員工都好好服務，最開心是每個人天天帶着笑容對我們。無論前枱或者禮賓部，或者保安人員，非常之有禮貌，我再來杭州，一定會選擇這酒店，另外酒店旁邊已經是黃龍洞地鐵站，坐車非常方便，由蕭山國際機場到酒店，地鐵只是$7. 真的要推介。

Location wise, it is not at the most convenient location as there are not too many shops around the hotel. Traffic could get really bad leaving the hotel as it is a one way traffic near the construction site. The check in experience was quick and efficient. Front desk staffs were well trained and courteous. Guest room toilet, decor and furniture looks old and outdated but clean. After getting the reminder from front desk staff about possible construction noises, I still picked the room facing the construction site but I can still hear the noises as early as 5-6AM in the morning. I am not sure I would pick the same hotel next time going to Hangzhou.

服務非常親切，將來地鐵開通會更便利。

房間大, 體育設施好. 但是壁球場的照明不好, 有燈管沒亮. 員工非常有禮貌, 服務熱情. 早餐非常豐富. 可惜附近正在修地下鐵路, 噪音有時較大. 亦影響交通.

環境不錯，酒店職員友善有禮，但是酒店外面有地鐵工程比較嘈特別在晚上及房間不時聞到煙味（住不吸煙樓層）

空间很大

整體印象很好，飯店很乾淨舒適，唯事先我不知道要2000RMB押金，check-in時有點意外。

我們住了6個晚上，住的是Superior Room.但是很失望。房間里沒有冷氣，房間和洗手間又小又殘舊。房間的大門鎖也是壞掉的，不能鎖門。Housekeeping 也沒有每天換床單。地毯很髒。我們一走進房間已經想退房了，但是因爲我們已經在網上付了6晚的房錢，又不能退款，隻能硬著頭皮住完6天。和網上的解紹，照片，實在相差太大距里了。不推薦住這家酒店。不過，2樓的'桃園小館“還不錯。味道好，價錢也不貴。3樓的自助餐也不 錯。

柜台人员服务态度差，订了含早餐的房间，而且出示订房的咨讯了，柜台人员查不到就说要自行打国际电话处理，而不是协助客人处理。直到我们要求经理出面，经理才协助电联。结账时，签完帐单也是直接丢在抬面上，直到我主动问她是否接完帐，柜员才说可以了，没见过有星级的酒店有如此没素质的服务员。早餐时，服务员也是不带位，请协助煮汤，问了两次，煮面的服务员就不耐烦的大喊:到底要什么？！。惊！总体，这样的住宿经验，不值得花钱体验。就是经理级的人员还能沟通，但一般都是跟第一线员工接触，第一线人员没素质到顶点……没训练过的员工服务客人是件可怕的事……

Alle tre di mattina ho dovuto cambiare camera per un fortissimo odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. La nuova camera puzzava di fumo ed ho trovato cenere di sigaretta nel purificatore d’aria. Il personale della reception non parla inglese, e siamo in un 5 stelle

조식 좀 비싼거 아닌가? 했는데 이근처 물가 생각하면 괜찮습니다. 맛도 좋아요. 그리고 숙소도 물론 깨끗 조용 좋았습니다.

房间干净，整洁，ingrid提醒住店客人停车免费

地理位置好，大堂改建后nice，伊经理友好，帮助搬行李，介绍广场上地铁出行，杭州游在世贸，我们留下美好回忆。

The hotel staff are very friendly and food was nice. The location is perfect, we walked to West Lake. The surroundings are very convenient. Good experience.

호텔 방이 너무 작고 5성급이라고 하기에는 다소 방 컨디션이 많이 부족해 보였습니다. 직원들의 서비스와 청결 등은 매우 훌륭하였으나 호텔 연식이 오래된 점 주변에 지하철 공사로 시끄러웠던 점은 많이 투숙 시 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

Staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English which is really refreshing in China.
