great breakfast, good location

the place is good, and the staffs are great, they always helpful to the guests, and the price is not so bad either, very recommended

I stayed here for 2 nights. I'd like to say that the room didn't look as good as seen in the pictures and there was no thick bed cover. so it's not great just okay. But I love the foods. The breakfast was great. 👍 The service is also good. They are friendly. The location is okay.

I booked for non smoking room but I got the smoking room. I couldn't be bothered requesting to change room because I was very tired from long travel. All in all good experience. all staff were helpful and accommodating. I will still book with them in the future.

Actually, all the staff was kind and helpfull. I'm not complaining for the people who work here. All good and fine. Especially the breakfast, the taste was so good. I just can't believe how Best Western with 4 stars just like hotel with 1 star. I pay Idr 950k ++ and booked 1 room with extra bed and the room was not what I'm expecting. Too small. The aircondition was bad!! It's freeze and have ice on it, so we need to turn in off for awhile. The wifi was so bad! I even complaining about this so many times 😣😣 Please improve your facilities so tourist who stay here wil come back, including me☹️

Menyenangkan menginap di wester la corona manila, pelayanan baik dan disediakan smoking area yang memadai, karena untuk perokok terbatas disana, Dan sopir hotel sangat supel dalam melayani tourist.

Denger namanya udah ekspektasi tinggi tentang hotelnya, ternyata pas datang B aja. Hotel bangunan lama dan design kamar juga gaya lama, ac dinding tanpa remot jadi mesti punya badan tinggi buat nyalain or atur mode ac nya. BF standard, pilihan makan gak banyak, apalagi yang halal susah karena mereka served pork juga. Saya sarapan jam 9 selalu kehabisan buah, kadang gelas untuk jus juga habis. Hari terakhir temen punya pengalaman kurang menyenangkan, kamarnya di lantai 5 dan saat hujan bocor 😌 dan ada hp yang sedang di charge jadilah basah dan mati hp nya, info staff bilang suruh service sendiri terus nanti diganti uangnya, padahal temen sendiri di manila karena kita udah mau ke bandara. Infonya dikasih free antar bandara untuk kejadian tersebut.

The accommodation was very good. The staff were nice. The room was awesome, very clean, cold amd quiet aircon, sound proof rooms. The food was good, different dishes every other day with buffet set up.

the hotel may be quite dated but the services and amenities are amazing.. good food, courteous and attentive staff, clean room, fresh linens, strong shower and water, parking.. everything you'll ever need and wish for, the hotel certainly provides.. truly recommendable! PS: the buffet breakfast will start your day right, yummy and wide selection.. 🍽☕

Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat Rizal Park, Jollibee, 7 Eleven dan Gereja Nuestra Senora de Guia Ermita. Kamar luas meski dapat interior lama dan AC manual. Sarapan enak dan beragam serta menu yang berbeda tiap hari. Pelayanan ramah dan sangat membantu. Terima Kasih dan sukses Selalu.
