The hotel is close to train station and convention center. Breakfast is good. Wifi is not slow and not stable. You need FB or Google account to login.

我一年住2次此酒店，主要是近著我參展的展館，每次入住都有一種回家的感，因服務人員很快已叫我陳先生，整體對此酒店是非常滿意的

It is a good hotel. breakfast is good, location is very convenient. but no electric water boiler, or drink water for available.

佛罗伦萨火车站附近难得的星级酒店，干净整洁，房间很有复古风。最重要的是，有一个会中文的前台小姑娘，而且说得十分标准，在国外觉得分外亲切啊。

酒店很老，房间很小很旧，而且非常吵，楼下汽车声，旁边房间水管开关声，马桶冲水声，完全没有隔音。而且房间设施都很旧，离火车站倒是不远，早餐还可以。总体来说不推荐，不值这个价格。

离火车站很久，但是晚上非常吵，房间隔音不好，走廊上直到很晚也吵的不行，都能听见。酒店内的住客比较杂，总是给人不太安全的感觉。硬件比较差，最终住了一个晚上，果断贴钱换了别的酒店。

Mucho ruido Afiera de la habitación. No parecía mucho la habitación de las fotos. El edificio estaba en remodelación, creo que eso lo deberían de avisar.

hotel muito bem localizado, perto do terminal de trem, domercadão, do centro histórico e com uma feira de produtos de couro ao lado. Predio mais antigo, com varias escadas, mas os quartos e banheiros são otimos.

General good hotel, however there were flies and a smell in the washroom. The access to the room was very convoluted. The elevator was defective. Although, front desk staff was good. Not recommended.

Excellent hotel and fantastic breakfast!

I did not appreciate the noise I was able to hear through the windows. The room was just okay with TV being the nicest thing about it. Staff was nice at breakfast.

The hotel is a but run down but it seems that it getting some renovation during our stay so expecting a better experience for future guest. Very convenient place. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Staff are very friendly and always with a smile.
