Location is convenient, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The parking is a problem, and not easy to access the hotel by car. Although hotel provided the valet parking service, but we arrived on Friday evening, it’s very impossible to enter the crowded streets. And we have to park at a garage which was about 1km away from the hotel.

Eu gostei muito da localização e a responsável pela recepção de manhã/tarde é muito gentil, contudo, não gostei muito da pessoa que ficava na recepção mais tarde, porque ele meio que reclamou de remagnetizar meu cartão do quarto.

Excellent location, walkable to anywhere, great staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was decent and luggage storage facilities were very much appreciated. We had a great two night stay and loved this hotel. If we are ever in the region again, we are sure to choose it again.

We had a really nice stay here. The rooms with a terrace are a must, really spacious and can easily accommodate 4-6 people for a nice evening outside. Cathy at the front desk was fantastic, lots of great tips, always super pleasant. Internet was a little lacking, but passable, smaller washroom but manageable. Close to all major attractions in Granada. Would definitely stay here again

Rigtigt godt hotel med fine store værelser, 2 etager hvis det er 3-4 personer. Perfekt central beliggenhed, stille og med behageligt, hjælpsomt og venligt personale. 6. År i stræk, vi boede her, og vi vender helt klart tilbage igen.

Great hotel, spacious and modern room, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Bery close to walk to places we wanted to see and to transportation options for further distance places. Staff had great advice for visiting the Alhambra.
