This is really a hotel I would highly recommend, especially when arriving after a long trip. The hotel's front desk staff were very kind and friendly and offered towels to wipe, which was really touching. The breakfast has many kinds and is very exquisite and delicious. The hotel manager will take good care of our needs. The room was as clean as new and the sheets were ironed and flat.The location is close to the station exit so it is very convenient.

Nice location

I will not come to this hotel again as someone of the hotel management opened your room without ringing the bell.

Location very well (at Potsdamer Platz), Sony Center just opposite the hotel (shopping centres and restaurants in the vicinity). Room facilities and quality of service excellent. It is a design hotel, so you can expect different style from traditional 5-star hotels. Good deal for its high quality!

Posizione ottima. Parcheggio a pagamento proprio sotto l'hotel e mezzi a pochi passi. Ottima base di partenza per visitare la città. La camera era bella, spaziosa e pulita. Il personale molto gentile, discreto, attento ai clienti. La colazione è eccellente. Lo consiglio e quando torneremo a Berlino sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Great area, but wish it was more clear on the listing that their (great) sauna is not included unless booked directly.

One of the best in Berlin

We had a lovely stay. The hotel were for us very central and a great starting point for our day trips out and about. The staff were kind and helpful.

Great place to stay. Big room, comfy bed. Cleaners didn’t clean properly each day and make sure you work out the Do Not Disturb button (it’s a bit tricky) because the cleaners will knock at 07:30am and just walk in. Then they’ll knock again at 08:00 and just walk in….yep…then at 08:30.
