Mycket bra frukost.

Rummet hade fantastisk utsikt över staden som lovats vid bokning. Lyhört och lite slitet badrum utan yta att ställa sina toalettartiklar. Bra med garage. Perfekt läge med gångavstånd överallt. Bra frukost.

Staff muy atento

An absolutely terrible hotel. Zero noise mitigation between the rooms, you can hear people farting next door. The mattresses are quite possibly the worst ones i’ve ever slept on. Clearly if there was any other decent choice in Vitroria, i’d go there, but the lack of decent hotels in this city is a problem.

No air condition but stayed in the reservations

El personal súper amable. Con la mejor actitud y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. La habitación súper cómoda con una vista preciosa.

Todo bien, solamente que durante la estancia tuvimos hasta 5°C y nunca funciono la calefaccion, en el Lobby estaban muy calentitos y en habitaciones un congelador
