The hotel itself is nice. Would be much better if there was an actual front desk opposed to staff scattered throughout the lobby area. The property and rooms were clean, food was serviceable, parking is not great if you have a rental. You do have a good mix of locals and vacationers. Other than this hotel being a decent distance from the airport, it wouldn't be somewhere I would stay even though Mallorca is definitely somewhere I will revisit. I also found myself at check-in paying additional fees to have a partial or full ocean view although that is NOT stated on the Expedia website. Having a premier view (not city) shouldn't then prompt you paying more for a view of the Mediterranean. Chatted with Expedia directly and they claimed to reach out to the hotel and there was no response. In that case, be cautious in paying more than just local tax/lodging fees.

Great hotel great location and great hotel restaurant also

Hotel was excellent,! The vibe was very young and very cool. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the gym, and the restaurant very much. The beach out front was amazing and the bars, shops and restaurants right out the front door were amazing. Location couldn't have been any better.

Hadde et nydelig opphold på Zel. Atmosfæren var fantastisk, omgivelsene var kjempefine og de ansatte var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Frokosten var helt topp og utrolig delikat presentert. Beliggenheten var også veldig fin (var litt skeptisk til å bo i Palmanova mtp nærhet til Magaluf) - men det var rolig og behagelig der. Så noen skrev at det var umulig å få solsenger ved bassenget, men det opplevde ikke jeg. Det var alltid masse ledig. Anbefaler definitivt dette hotellet.

Very nice location and perfect place to stay with very friendly staff. Definitely recomend this hotel to saty.

We stayed in a junior suite and our view was amazing. We loved the balcony and watching the sun over the water. I was excited to find that they provided a flat iron in addition to a hairdryer in the bathroom. We also loved the living area and the side table Bluetooth speaker. The breakfast was incredible, probably the best I’ve ever had. We loved playing pool, buying coffee from the cafe and laying out at the pool. The decor was amazing and the hotel employees were so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again!

This is hands down one of the best hotels to stay in. Spend the money and enjoy the stay. The staff is friendly and the beach view is in matched. You walk downstairs and you are on the beach. Free sun chairs at the pool or €24 a day on the beach for two chairs and umbrella. The restaurant is great and the rooms were clean and everything you want for a vacation.

What a vibe of a hotel would recommend! Only down side was I was put in an accessible room on the lower floor and the shower was more of a wet room and the water leaked into the hallway but I just threw some towels down.

We had a lovely sea view, the staff were really helpful, the food was excellent and the hotel was beautiful but there was just a few negatives, the toilet paper was only one ply which is false economy and the towels in the room were so thin and not the big fluffy towels we're used to in a hotel of this standard

Sinon le personnel agréable et serviable, la chambre spacieuse et vue mer, le petit déjeuner très copieux en sucrée salé ! Le tout à 50 mètres de la mer !! Magiqye

So far, this has been the best hotel experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Everything about Zel Mallorca felt special — from the beautiful design and perfect amenities to the warm atmosphere the team creates. A special thank you to Sol, who made our check-in experience absolutely perfect from the very first moment, and to Marina Jimenez, who went above and beyond to help us during check-out with such kindness and professionalism. Both of them genuinely made us feel welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout our stay. Staff like them are rare and deserve real recognition. Every day, the team provided fresh water for my dog and kept our beautiful room spotless. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The breakfast was top-notch, with an incredible view of the beach. We also loved the concept of having no traditional reception desk while still always having friendly staff nearby, ready to help with a genuine smile. Tip for future guests: if you are planning to rent a car, keep in mind that parking is available for a fee, so it’s better to be prepared in advance. My wife, my dog, and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we will absolutely be coming back again hopefully very soon.

The staff was very helpful especially Manuel the concierge. he made sure we had everything we needed and went the extra mile to bring comfort to our stay.
