Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close. You can go everywhere without a car. There is shopping mall nearby too ( walking distance about 16 mionutes.) Overall it is very nice. I will come again when I go to Montreal next time. Highly recommended !

Service was great. Room a bit old. Shampoo shower gel everything is empty there.

Very disappointing stay. The ice maker did not work during my visit. In the morning, before leaving, I requested that my room be cleaned. When I returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned at all. I spoke with the reception staff, but they were not responsive and simply told me that the room would be cleaned the next day. I explained that I would be checking out the next day and would no longer be there, so that solution was not helpful. The lack of service and communication was frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

I stayed here twice over a period of 4 weeks and each time had to let the front desk know of issues with the rooms. Light fixtures falling out in the bathroom, recommendation to place non-existent rubber bath mat in bathtub, Nespresso machine malfunctioning, poorly draining bathroom sink and bathtub. I was placed in the older section on my second visit and I was very dismayed with the sorry condition of the rooms on that side of the building

Clean and spacious room. Gym facility has old equipment but it was all in good working order. Outdoor parking for free in front of the hotel with many spaces. Close to the highway. Great deal

Ruby Foo's was a very nice hotel with clean rooms and shower. Remember to slide the wood wall panel to cover window for room darkening to sleep well. Bring a night light for bathroom. Close to metro and has a free parking lot. Several restaurants in the area to walk to and fast food also.

My goto hotel for my occasional stays in the area. Good service, check-in is always smooth, free parking and plenty of close amneties nearby. Metro is a short walk away so easy to access the rest of the island via public transport.

Property was great. Clean and well priced. Pool was great for the kids.

Nice hotel

It was a good place to stay. Near more establishments for a walk. Good services.

The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. There were no amenities there was nothing. Me and my family had the suite and the sofa bed was broken there was bolts missing. The kitchen was so disgusting it looked like it was 20 years old all the utensils were completely filthy. The cleaner came 1 time to clean the room which he didn’t even change any of the bedding at all just made the bed and left new towels. The fridge was leaking water. The pool was outside a little rain and they closed down. In my opinion the worse experience I have had in a hotel and I have travelled the world. Please don’t waste your money in this place. It’s more like a motel instead of a hotel. And for 4 stars I’m sorry the positive comments must be from their own employees definitely not from real customers.

The location is great. Lots to walk to in the area. Breakfast is not included but the restaurant Ben And Florentines is very good and convenient. The mattress was just Ok... Could be improved. The pillows were good. The room and lobby were clean.

Friendly staff. Hotel is outdated and rooms were spacious but not that clean. Overall okay place.

I had to goto the front desk for ice as the ice machine that I finally found was unplugged.
