Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close. You can go everywhere without a car. There is shopping mall nearby too ( walking distance about 16 mionutes.) Overall it is very nice. I will come again when I go to Montreal next time. Highly recommended !

Staff was great. Run was wonderful. Close to the airport. Not that expensive. If you are looking for some fancy hotel with all the amenities, this isn’t it. Spend another couple hundred dollars for that. If you want a nice place to stay near the airport, and convenient EV charging, this place is wonderful.

Did not use a hot tub. Staff were polite and wifi was fine. Room was clean.

This is our second time at this hotel. The first time was great! This time our room was in another, old wing of the hotel. The room had a small double bed (we booked a queen size) and was quite dusty. It looked nothing like the photos. The wifi and tv did not work very well, and we could not find outlets to charge our devices. Overall it wasn’t the worst place we’ve ever stayed but considering how different it was from the photos and our previous stay, was not worth the price and felt like a scam. When we mentioned to the front desk that we didn’t receive what we booked, the response seemed to suggest they get that feedback a lot. I don’t think we’ll stay here again as there are lots of similarly priced options available. hotels.com really wants us to review the hot tub, but there isn’t one

Great staff!

Room was shabby. Nicks and scrapes on the woodwork, torn curtains, old lamp shades. The room was dark and dingy. Bathroom counter had toothpaste on it from previous guests. Beds feel like they are made of straw and so do the pillows.

Staff is courtious, caring a d attentive. Internet is great and free throughout property. Very well located. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and highway, easy fast drjve to downtown and aeroport. Had great relaxing sleep. Good job!

Welcoming staff & clean, what was needed for my short stay.

Amazing staff. Clean room. Cute hotel. Had a great stay and super close to the airport. It is also really cool they have an outdoor year round synthetic skating rink. Recommend staying here.

A solid 3 star, imo. Service was very good. Room was clean enough and good enough, but appears the refurbishment was a few years ago. Of the 2 rooms, one bathroom door didn't close for example. Breakfast was unexpectedly quite good. It was very close to the subway making it a great location to stay while visiting downtown for a game or concert...which was our need. In the end, for the price, i would go back.
