Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close. You can go everywhere without a car. There is shopping mall nearby too ( walking distance about 16 mionutes.) Overall it is very nice. I will come again when I go to Montreal next time. Highly recommended !

Service was great. Room a bit old. Shampoo shower gel everything is empty there.

In general, we had wonderful time in Montreal. Hotel Ruby Foo's locate close to subway/metro station Namur, easy to get downtown and all attractions. We stay for 2 nights in the room with kitchen. Our check in was quickly. Staff at front desk is very nice and friendly, explained clearly how to get places we were interested in. On our request to fix pot lights in the washroom, responded and fixed fast. Bed was comfortable, we had a good sleep after busy day in the city. One thing that staff should pay attention is - floor and windowsill should be cleaner (corners, close to baseboard, under the bed and sofa bed). It should be vacuumed properly.

Good rates. Clean. Nice to have restaurant on premises. `````````````````````````````````````` Not enough staff to help elderly guests pushing carts to rooms at far end of complex. Toilets very small and low. No Safety bars on bathtubs. Need to think of older demograpghics which is growing. Since car theft is a big issue. Gates at parking lot entrances would give a better feeling of security.

Our deluxe room was very nice and the staff were very helpful in checking us in early. The gym and sauna were nice amenities to have. The shower and bathtub seem quite outdated with slight black mold spots. They were also out of bathrobes. Swimming pool was closed which sucked for the middle of summer. Not many channels on the TV so bring your own entertainment or Roku. No room service just the restaurant at the hotel.

L’hôtel est situé près de bon restaurant et métro. Le stationnement est gratuit et accessible en camion. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée, malgré le manque de soleil. Nous sommes allés à quelques reprises à cet hôtel qui prend de l’âge. Notre chambre avait une odeur d’humidité renfermée dû à l’air climatisé qui coulait sur le tapis.

Face à l'iconique Orange géante Gibeau Julep, très proche de la station de métro Namur, à proximité d'une supérette et d'un supermarché et de nombreux restaurants.

Very outdated. Location is unpleasant. The price too high

Good price for a long weekend and the heated pool was a plus for our boys but the hotel is not well maintained. Very visible dust and dirt in all common areas.

Great cost-benefit, convenient location, older building but well maintained. Large rooms, everything worked well.
