非常差的住宿體驗, 網站內有提供機場接送服務, 惟落機後又說沒有, 前台叫我自已叫計程車說很近祗要20歐, 我是第一次到比利時, 還有一個女生在晚上10前徬徨地去找計程車, 負評!

ほぼ全てよかったが、電球が切れかかっている箇所と、洗面所が詰まりかかっていたのが気になりました。他は文句なしです。

Nothing to share. Arrived late, left early.

Il piatto doccia era tutto macchiato ed era evidente che le pulizie erano fatte in modo un po' superficiale (molta polvere, magari in angoli più nascosti o sotto al letto). Inoltre il personale della reception, a parte un ragazzo, molto poco cordiale. Alla fine basterebbe sorridere un po' di più ai clienti.

Basic, need some renovation

The room was clean, but without necessarily accessories. No tresor, the hair dryer ilwas constantly overheated and didn't work. And the main issue was missing brush for toilet.

Could be better but regular and serious day to day cleaning meeds to be carried out on daily basis. Dust and cobweb are abundant in the room and staff should verify the smooth operating of wifi and tv.

Came a few days for a conference in a nearby hotel that was more expensive. Exceeded my (moderate) expectations. The chain is in general quite predictable though. Train station is convenient bit quite far away. No commerce, no restaurant at reasonable distance. Walked to downtown but not a great walk.

Older hotel kept up quite well. Decent breakfast and quiet enough for a good sleep. Staff in reception explained which public bus to take to get to the airport the next day. That was kind and really helpful.

Not impressed by customer service

Der Kollege an der Rezeption hat uns nach der ausgabe 3 von vier Zimmern stehen lassen, und hatte ausgesagt wenn uns was nicht past könnten wir ja wo anders hin gehen

Hôtel décevant, odeur de tabac dans la chambre, petit déjeuner banal, carte restaurant limitée. Plutôt cher pour la prestation fournie. En dessous de la qualité habituelle des hôtels Ibis.
