Bett war defekt, ansonsten gut

There was a lot of bugs in our room, they didn't bite us though but we were afraid it’ll go inside our ears.

Bonjour, tout était très bien, mais malheureusement dès que je bougeais un peu ou me retournais dans le lit, il grinçait énormément. C'est un peu dommage.

Auf den ersten Blick schien das Zimmer sauber. Im Bett habe ich dann aber drei Käfer gefunden. Das ganze Hotel ist recht heruntergekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Mein Essen im Restaurant wurde falsch geliefert. Ist alles den Preis nicht wert.

Nous avons été terriblement déçus par la propreté générale : des cheveux des précédents occupants dans la douche, les verres peu propres au petit-déjeûner, entre autres. Le petit-déjeûner était correct mais sans plus, malheureusement que des produits industriels.

Wir hatten ein zusätzliches Bett im Zimmer. Das kann man nicht einmal als Notbett bezeichnen. Dafür sollte ich zusätzlich 90.-SFR bezahlen. das obwohl ich im April 24 das Zimmer mit Zustellbett zu einen Festpreis reserviert habe!!!!!!

Hotel was of budget standard but price was high. Breakfast buffet had 5-6 items only. Coffee machine dispensed lukewarm coffee.

The food at the onsite restaurant was actually very good. The room was dirty and smelled funny. Check in was slow. At check out they allowed us to store our bags because we didn’t know if we would make it back intime for the 12 o’clock check out so that was nice.

Accueil super agréable et aimable. Très serviable et à l’écoute.

Notre chambre au dernier étage était exiguë et la climatisation n'a été d'absolument aucune efficacité durant la nuit (il faisait 26 degrés dans la chambre). Nous avons eu terriblement chaud. La literie était confortable mais la salle de bain était petite. Peu de prises électriques, ce qui n'est pas un luxe en 2024. La personne à la réception ne connaissait pas la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et très bon.

My room was not ready when I arrived at 5pm. The receptionist was friendly, but it did not occur to him that he might offer me the simple soft drink that I ordered (as a compensation for having to wait), and instead charged me for it too. The room, and the hotel in general, were a bit tired looking and not super clean. On the bright side, the breakfast was good, and there's a free EV charger (although only one, and it's limited to 3.5 kW).

Solide, gute Unterkunft. Wir waren das zweite Mal da. Super Park-Möglichkeiten, gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer. Kleiner Spielplatz draussen war perfekt für unser Kind.

A very nice, friendly and helpful staff! Especially the employee at the bar in the evening!

Air conditioning hasn’t been working on 3 nights out of 4 with daily temperatures reaching 27degrees Celsius, and very noisy road nearby so not ideal to keep windows open. There was an overheat message on the device. First night was just fine, second night we were told at reception to turn it off then on again after 15’ (it was off when we arrived) obviously didn’t change a thing. Third night, reception lady said it was forbidden by city of Sion to turn on before end may (which isn’t true, she just didn’t want to help, and mentioned she didn’t mind us doing a bad review for the property, we were « welcome to do so » 4th night the reception lady said she would send someone from the technical service, never did. Awful service overall, property really getting old, and cleanliness also to be improved. We won’t come back.

Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Es war ein Aufenthalt von 1 Nacht. Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht, aber es gibt immer Raum für Verbesserungen für den Preis, den man dafür bezahlt. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
