Location is convenient, room is very clean , breakfast have a lots of choice and delicious. Very good experience for me.

Carlos V Hotel位置鄰近Toledo古城中心點Plaza Zocodover廣場,交通方便,房間整體舒適滿意,惟浴室水壓不穩定,時大時小,冷熱水較難調節。另外,酒店提供外賣Pizza,很貼心。

Nice hotel...the staffs are kindful and helpful. The hotel is near most of the attractions, and easy to access to those attractions. Moreover, there are two car parking near the hotel too.

到着時、部屋にマサパンを置いてくれていました 朝食も美味しく(写真)、スタッフさんも感じ良かったのですが、 到着時、クーラーの効きが悪かったのが、残念でした ２日後には少し良くなりました フロントでは出掛ける時もエアコンを切らないようにとアドバイスをして貰えたのですが、、 清掃時に温度を変えられたような？気がします

Un hotel increíble para ir. En pleno casco antiguo y con una terraza con unas vistas espectaculares. Solo pasamos una noche pero todo perfecto.Destacar el personal del hotel, son muy, muy atentos. En resumen si vuelvo a Toledo , repetiré seguro.

Todo perfecto. Llegamos un poco tarde y no pudimos disfrutar demasiado de los servicios del hotel, pero la estancia fue fenomenal

A great overnight stay. Very comfortable clean and well-located. The staff were friendly and accomodating with luggage storage and recommendations the following day.

Hotelli oli loistopaikalla, huone siisti ja hiljainen. Aamupala oli hyvä ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Ainoa miinus oli huono ilmastointi. Heinäkuun helteillä huone ei viilentynyt edes yöksi vaan parvekkeiden ovista piti tuulettaa että ilma vähän vaihtui.

This was a cool find! We were able to leave our luggage and visit the city before check in with no problem. It was right in the middle of town so easy access to so many places. The staff was very helpful. One thing to know is that you can only access the roof view when the bar is open, which we didn’t realize, but would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Small room but very updated and clean. Lovely terrace to watch the sunset. The staff was very nice and the price was excellent.

El ruido del aire es un poco alto para mi gusto, incluso poniendolo bajo. Hay otra cosa que no me gusta. Se tendría que dar privilegios a los que estanos en el hotel para subir a la azotea. Creo que se tendría que poder reservar dadno prioridad a los que estamos en el hotel. Por lo demas muy bien todo

We stayed in the newly renovated room. It was small, but very nice. The rooftop bar is great!
