It wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. It can be seen like it from the way is advertised and looks on pic. The room was small, no proper mugs for coffee in the room just paper one ( no milk sachets provided either which with the amount of English tourists visiting ( drinking tea with milk ) is kind a strange). Cleaning issue in the bathroom especially around the edges of the shower. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Second day cleaned only partially ( bed was made but bin not emptied and dirty cups left on table not cleaned ). Staff were friendly but unfortunately not all of them speak English. Breakfast was good but poor selection of coffees ( no cappuccino or latte ) just basic one. You can definitely find better options for 4 star hotels in similar locations.

Rooms were clean and very functional. Air conditioning worked perfectly well. Checking was quick and efficient no unexpected issues at all Staff very helpfull. Breakfast quite nice for the value. Very clean I wish we had another day to enjoy the pool and outside areas it looked very inviting.

Varmt på rummet, åt ej frukost så ingen åsikt där. Övrigt bra.

Idéalement placé a 2 pas de la cité, personnel tres serviable. Nous n'avons pris petit dejeuner un peu cher. Un bémol ne pas tolérer de réservation de transat alors que les personnes ne sont venues.

L’hôtel est bien situé Le petit déjeuner est complet Il est un peu vieillissant mais reste correct et confortable Par contre le personnel! C’est la cata général Pas méchant ni désagréable Mais bien trop familier Ils s’engueulent devant les clients… Ils nous parlent comme à des copains d’école. Pas digne d’un mercure

Excellent séjour au sein du Mercure Hôtel, en plus du lieu remarquable le personnel d’accueil n’a pas hésité à faire en sorte de pouvoir avancer notre arrivée par rapport au check in initialement prévu… Restaurant succulent dans une ambiance d’un calme très appréciable. Propreté de la chambre irréprochable. Petit déjeuner très généreux.

Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. The pool wasn’t open which was a shame as it was 26 degrees whilst we were there. I would definitely stay there again as it was so close to the medieval city.
