Everything was great

Booked a room with two queen beds. When we got there, we were told they only had a king bed and a pullout couch. We cancelled the reservation on the spot. Hotel clerk was great and put through the cancellation. They should work better with their travel partners such as Expedia to ensure availability of rooms.

Would stay at this location again.

This location needs an upgrade!!! The sink would back up and the cleaning wasn’t good!!!!!

Bed was comfy and the food wasn’t able to try it but I assume it was good

Stay was terrible. Ceiling was leaking from the upstairs ac unit our floor was soaking wet. No remote to our tv. Couldn’t use the tv. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom shower paint was peeling coming off on our feet. I’m disgusted to be honest. Told the manager and he brushed it off just saying oh ok

The breakfast once it gone its no replacement.

The room wasn’t dark enough cause the light from the hotel next door lights was pointed to the room the room housekeeper did not make up my bed at all I was there from Thursday to Monday I slept in the second bed after the second day the shower had hair on the shower walls and the shower curtain had mold on it

I didn’t like was the room at night wasn’t dark enough the light from the hotel next door is to bright. The next thing is the bathroom shower had hair on the shower wall in a couple spots. The next thing was mold on the shower curtain, also I was there from Thursday to Monday house keeper never made up the bed so I even slept in the second bed just for comfort

The rooms need upgrade.

No toilet paper when we arrived at 1am. Had to call front desk and go down to retrieve some. Front desk clerk told us breakfast ended at 10am. However, the following day when we went to go eat breakfast, it had ended at 9:30.

Parking lot small space only complaint really

Very comfortable, except the room's refrigerator doesn't cool very well or at all.

My stay at this location was a layover stay for one night. The hotel was nice, it appeared the was work/improvements being done. All in all it was a decent hotel, nothing extravagant, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, and the black out curtains made the room comfortably dark for sleeping. Breakfast was good, a typical hotel breakfast bar, again nothing extraordinary but good enough to satisfy a morning hunger. Coffee was very good. I would rate this as an average hotel, possibly with the improvement they are making it could be better than average. I can say I would stay there again.

Everyone was great check in was greas. If for any reason you didn't like your room the would have changed it.

There was a hair on the bed, hair in the sink and hair in the tub. The tub was very worn, and the picture on the wall was broken. Overall, the building was in poor shape. I went to check out the next morning and the staff was tending to a beaten and naked person in the lobby who was incoherent. I understand that incident was not the fault of the hotel, but it was the icing on the cake after my previous experience. I would not reccomend.

Nice staff. My room was not cleaned. You could tell there was some sort of party in the room . There were balloons left on the floor and popped balloons under the ac unit. Crumbs on the floor balloon hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom was also not cleaned hair and dirt left in the tub and sink no toilet was in the room. Breakfast options were decent. Need better cleaning staff.
