Don't have window can open in the room, and over all the room is quite old

The food option is very limited no buffet breakfast.

Loved our room but wished housekeeping was available daily. Restaurant was good.

Overall, short but good stsy. Did not use business or cooking facilities.

Enjoyed our short saty. Staff was friendly and very accommodating!

They claim the suites are sound proof.. Could not be further from the truth.. Never again..

Check out actual room...I have been to this particular property 2 other times and was fortunate enough to have a suite and wonderful experiences....this time the double queen suite was tight..especially getting to the clothes rack as there was no closet and only two electrical outlets...for convenience sake it was only myself but two outlets and only one plug was available on each. And the lighting so dim you spent your time in the bathroom or at the window sill looking for decent light.

Everything was good but the heater in the room was so loud.

Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Pool was open. Have booked hotels that said they had a pool but was closed when we stayed. Restaurant was clean and modern with friendly service. I was not happy with the roast beef dip. It came on slices of bread and not on a hoagie loaf as noted on the menu. It was very small and the dip was cold. But didn’t complain as the server was so nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was huge and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself feels brand new and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Clean room and gym.

Utterly disappointed. The hotel looks like an old senior home, lighting on the hallway was depressing. We got a standard room with 2 queen bed. No armchairs, no closet, no cloth hangers. Just a room with 2 beds, a tiny desk and a tiny fridge at the corner. We ended up using the ironing board to “hang” our jackets. The washroom was moldy, door paint chipped off. The foyer was dirty, we wrapped it with damped cloth, it became dark grey. There is no competition in the area, so they don’t even care.

Every one of the staff was exceptional. We had two rooms. One was beautiful, the other I’d say was very good - it needed a bit of love.

The floor of the livinr room and bathroom are dirty, not even swept. Maintenence dept need to do a better job.
