THe staff was very helpful, very thankful as they helped me much on planning to visit the city!! WiFi was too slow!! The shower gel, conditioner and shampoo all unavailable, provided as body lotion instead.

No pot provided for boiling water which is very inconvenient cos no tea or coffee can be made. Ventilation not good. Room is small. Staff are nice

El hotel es cómodo, el servicio de todos es ágil, efectivo y muy amable. El Bufet es muy completo.

Personal trevliga i reception, restaurant och städning! 5 estrellas för personal. Vårt familjerum, 2 vuxna o 2 barn var "ok" inget mer, ganska oisolerat och man hörde alla som sprang o pratade utanför i hallen, dag o natt. Badrum låg standard jämför med Skandinavien, kallt, ingen golvvärme eller separerad dusch, trångt badkar med tjutande rör när man skruvade upp. Englasfönster ut mot trafikerad gata, dåligt isolerad mot ljud och luft. Stannade över Nyårshelgen 3 nätter, högt pris, ej värt men med lågt utbud inte mycket att välja på. Frukost buffe €15 per person och barn, väldigt basic och inget speciellt, maskinkaffe ingen kaffebar, ingen höjdare tyvärr.

La habitación magnífica. Limpia, muy bien decorada, amplia. La TV con aplicaciónes varias (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Youtube) y un montón de canales. Por primera vez. La cama enorme. La climatización buenísima. El cuarto de baño enorme, limpio, una ducha enorme, sin bidé. El único pero es la bajante del agua del servicio.

El problema es el cuarto de aseo, la taza del water está pegada al lavabo y te tienes que sentar de lado, surrealista no lo había visto ante pero lo que es peor es que al otro lado había casi un metro sin nada.

Lovely hotel staff very nice. Pool was a bit cool and it would have been nicer if jacuzzi and sauna were part of using the pool. But overall great hotel and late checkout

Excellent hotel the employee are super helpfull smiling all the time and whatever u asked they ll do it with pleasure , the breakfast is amazing and everything was great

Room was good. Safe did not work. 2 lights had to be fixed as burnt out in bathroom. Housekeeping should have caught that so they were replaced before we got there
