Top Lage am Strand. Sehr schöne und saubere Poolanlage. Das Hotel ist auch sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist höflich und freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

The outdated exterior made me nervous initially, but as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the property was - it even smelled great. Staff was very nice throughout my stay, the rooms were beautiful,

The pool was a bit small. The beach was fantastic. Hotel service staff and cleanliness superb. So was the room.

The hotel is outdated, it’s at the end from the other hotels and you have to pretty much drive everywhere. They charge a resort fee of almost $100 a night and it’s not a resort. It’s a regular hotel with a swimming pool. I checked out early and they told me it wouldn’t be a problem and then charged me a early departure fee would not recommend.

I have been visiting pelican grand for well over a decade on and off and I hadnt been back in a few years and I thought the property looked much more run down! There were rust stains on walls near the pool and it just didnt feel as luxurious as it used to. I do think it might be time for a facelift for the pool area. Overall I do love this hotel and the room was comfortable and quiet. I love that the beach is right there and the dining options are nice.

Beautiful hotel. The pool picture is deceiving. Much smaller in person but very nice. Loved the lazy river. Boutique is very pricey. Only negative was having to evacuate 5 flights in the early morning for a false alarm.

Room not clean enough, Just feel uncomfortable to stay.

Room and property were good . Rocks in lazy river . Not enough tubes . Poor bar service. . Very expensive for parking . Could not understand girl at check in I have no idea what she was saying . Door in room was hard to close , toilet paper dispenser was falling off wall . Mattress was mushy .views were outstanding . Location very good .

Perfect location , Staff friendly very good service. Building and exterior fixtures need some renovation

Experience was great! Our family was only there for one night, but we will be back for sure. Great beach and pool, service was excellent!
