Poorly maintained rooms. Dirty carpets, shower head spraying water throughout the entire bathroom. Absolutely not to the standard of a >$370 a night room. Appalling.

Whole building is neglected. That kinda place you want to shower with your thongs on. I would recommend the spinifex and abacus hotels over the ibis. They also charge a fortune. I used to stay here often for the location but the buffs courtesy bus is great.

Bathroom had a very dated roof and the shower was not very good. Bed was great. Front desk staff not overly helpful.

Bed was clean.. bathroom had a used towel left in it. I had next to zero water pressure to shower..I do however tend to stay at the ibis for its great location. If not the abacus is the go.

Property was nice enough. Room was clean Area was ok but didn’t feel safe after dark . Breakfast at hotel was average with one person making coffee and eggs so one person ate first till other meal was ready . Thought that was not a good experience.

I was kept awake from 11pm - 12.30-1am in the morning by drunken idiot is in the room above whom threw an Iron over the balcony to outside my room. I went outside to what was going on and noted the side glass door was unlocked. Security is an issue and the staff seemed very unprepared and I accommodating to ensure that I felt safe. Not staying there ever again.

Pleasant restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Efficient and helpful staff. Good location in Mount Isa CBD.

Room was clean and acceptable, but having to pay for a carpark, it would be far better if there was direct access to the hotel, instead of having to constantly walk around on the footpath.

Friendly and helpful staff. Considered by many as one of the best hotels available in the town and I can see why. More than adequate for my business visit with good free wifi and very popular with business visitors. I would advise you book as early as you can.
