We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite during our visit to Capri. The suite was spacious, and the view from the master bedroom balcony was beautiful in the distance. However, there was construction activity nearby, which affected both the overall view and the sense of privacy. Unfortunately, we experienced a safety issue with the master bathroom door. The lock malfunctioned and trapped me inside the bathroom for 3-4 times. Thankfully my family members were in the room and were able to open the door from the outside. This is something the hotel should address as soon as possible. Both bedrooms felt quite dated, especially the bathrooms, which could benefit from renovation and modernization. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was limited and heavily focused on sweet pastries and desserts, with very few savory options. We did not find the breakfast particularly enjoyable. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They assisted us with our luggage transportation arrangements, which made our arrival and departure much easier. Overall, while the staff provided good service, we felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid, especially considering the condition of the rooms and the breakfast quality.

Tout était très bien lors de ce séjour. Nous avions choisi une Suite Junior avec salon séparé, ce qui était particulièrement pratique puisque notre petite-fille de 6 ans nous accompagnait. Le personnel est extrêmement compétent, disponible et véritablement à l’écoute des clients. Le petit-déjeuner était très agréable, avec des produits de qualité et un service soigné. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et avons apprécié son excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le seul point regrettable concerne la vue de notre suite, qui donnait sur une cour intérieure où étaient entreposés des matériaux et du matériel de chantier. Des travaux étaient également en cours, générant du bruit en journée, certes dans des horaires tout à fait raisonnables. Il est dommage que cette information ne soit pas précisée au moment du choix ou de la réservation de la Suite Junior. La réception nous a indiqué que l’hôtel était complet, mais une information préalable aurait permis de gérer nos attentes et d’éviter cette petite déception. Cela n’enlève toutefois rien à la qualité générale de notre séjour, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Very nice hotel. Loved the vibe and pool deck views were very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice outdoor bar and dining area Wide variety of breakfast options Very central and walkable to everything. Definitely would stay again!

Excellent location, the hotel was beautiful with large and well maintained rooms. The breakfast was always a welcome start to the day.

Hotel excelente. Porém o café da manhã não tem uma dinâmica legal, passamos 50 min esperando um ovo e uma bandeja de queijos.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, quarto bacana, ganhei um upgrade, roupa de cama boa, amenidades , tambem bacanas, só um senão , sobre o cafe da manhã , que poderia ser melhor, para o padrao do hotel!

Such excellent customer service since we arrived by ferry from Sorrento where they greeted us. The rooms were pretty with amazing views. The location was ideal for seeing the island. The bar outside was beautiful and fun for a night cap. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all of the kind and helpful staff.

The stay at La Residenza was amazing. The staff were excellent, the room and views were absolutely breathtaking and the location was perfect, right in the middle of all the shopping & night life. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and we will make sure to recommend to anyone who may be travelling to Capri. See you next time!
