地點靠近市中心，房間乾淨，但沒有浴缸有點可惜

The room is clean & big, hotel is around 15 min walk to Gare Part-Dieu,15-20 min to city center. The staff are helpful and speak good English. They answered all my questions nicely. The only thing is that no slippers provided, a little inconvenience to my stay.

Nice hotel og very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and the fitness area was a nice facility. We were looking forward to enjoy the pool, but it was quite cold and smaller and than we expected from the photos. The parking was quite expensive, 28 euros per day. We had the electric car slow-charged here, which was nice. We would stay here again another time :-)

We were unaware of the swimming pool when booking and were not told about it on arrival so didn’t make use of it. We had a problem with the lift because we hadn’t been told about placing our room card in a slot to request a lift. I found some glass on the carpet and the bathroom doorway. I also had a piece stick in my foot which drew blood. We told reception the next morning and asked for the room to be properly cleaned while we were out. This was done but I heard nothing from the hotel management in the way of an apology for the discomfort. The layout of breakfast meant that people and children were wandering around looking for things to eat and going backwards and forwards in circles filling their plates. Food was not being replenished quickly enough and on the second morning it was even worse with the staff not seeming to care at all. This may have been due to a late night watching the World Cup. We did have a very nice meal in the restaurant one evening. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The hop on hop off bus was very disappointing and a waste of money, as you now have to download an app to listen to the commentary. If you don’t have earphones or buds which we don’t, trying to listen to it on the phone is impossible.

Super fint og pænt hotel! Meget hjælpsomt personale. Og en fantastisk placering i gåafstand til det meste.

J’ai dû changer de chambre en fin de soirée parcequ’il y avait une fête chez un locataire voisin particulièrement bruyant. Cependant le personnel a été très collaborant et m’a relogé pour la nuit.

Séjour parfait. Très propre.

Stora rymliga rum för två vuxna och två barn. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och frukostbuffén var toppen, hade allt man förväntar sig. Vi anlände på en söndag så tyvärr det var inte mycket som var öppet i närheten gällande butiker och restauranger.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Helpful staff and big room. Would recommend and will stay again next time I am in Lyon.

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Great location not far from train station and close to centre. Quiet area. Swimming pool is tiny though.

Ett bra hotell. Bra beläget. Bodde med barnfamilj och hund. Fins frukost.

Globalement satisfait surtout de par sa position centrale. Pour le parking, vous devez laisser votre véhicule au voiturier qui va la garer à votre place. Concernant la chambre, c'était plutôt pas mal avec deux grands lits il est possible d''accueillir 4 personnes. Literie assez bonne. Petit déjeuner buffet intéressant même s'il vaut mieux éviter les horaires d'affluence car le nombre de tables pour 4 est limité. Quelques petits soucis à signaler cependant : le couloir de nage de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas, une fuite d'eau dans le plafond de notre couloir et une planche de WC qui ne tenait pas.

My wife was unwell and unable to go to Breakfast. I asked for en passe emporter (which I believe is a takeaway cup) they said yes and then walked away ? I also asked for late checkout and was told £20 per hour, quite inflexible I feel !!!! We now go to stay in chambery Mercure I hope the service is more like I expect from Mercure or we may not stay in one again! Breakfast was quite good on the upside for me!
