入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, service in all areas were great. The best night sleep i had in years and my favourite part was the pools very relaxing and easy access.

The staff were brilliant especially one of the Receptionists who phoned me to say I had left my card there andthey were keeping it for me. She was incredible. Thank you to her and the staff who made our stay so absolutely great. The views from the balcony over the bay were superb and the breakfast was defintely one of the best that my sister in law and I have ever experienced. So much choice and quality and wonderful staff. Thank you all. Will always remember our experience. We will be back, definitely.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rowan at reception was welcoming and helpful. The only thing that made the experience an 8/10 instead of a 10/10, was the room was almost unbearably hot. The air conditioning was antiquated, incredibly loud and largely ineffectual.

Unique architecture, rooms had balconies - some balcony chairs would have been nice. Great location with views over Cardiff Bay. Restaurant food and service was good. Some maintenance issues re lobby glass and wood in room. Overall a very nice stay

The staff were very good with children. They loved the breakfast offerings. We used the pool. Room comfortable but air con noise difficult to sleep with. Super view. Bathroom door did not shut.

in general the stay was excellent, although it shows a sign of wear and tear in the balcony (it is still safe and sturdy) or in the spa/swimming area, all seem to keep in good condition. staff are all helpful and friendly, we were staying in the tiger bay floor (top floor) and it was quiet, the bed is comfortable and the view from the room is very nice. We will be staying again.
