Kids running the halls on weekends. That is the parents fault not the hotel. Staff were friendly

Room is clean. Bathrooms need exhaust fans to keep the humidity down when more than one per is staying and all want to shower. Could use 2 night stands in a room with 2 queen beds.

We were satisfied - one thing which would have been good was to have a water bottle filling station.

The pool is finally operational. The staff are keeping up the great work. It was a smooth transaction and everything went well. I can’t thank you enough for all the help and the professionalism.

Front desk staff inefficient and difficult to understand. Room amenities not replaced during stay. Used soap in the bathroom. No cups provided.

We were disappointed by the level of noise at this hotel. We were assigned an inside ground floor room (no windows so no natural daylight). You can easily hear noise in the hallway through and underneath the door and through the thin floorboard above the room. There were kids in the room above who were running around well past midnight every night. On a positive, the Aaltos restaurant is convenient with a great buffet and soup/salad bar for lunch. Although we didn't use the pool and waterside, it's a decent facility and great for kids. Lots of convenient stores (grocery, Pharmasave dollarstore) within walking distance. There is also a great dinner theatre tha unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of due to timing.

Confusing layout, felt like an indoor motel but the staff were amazing. The beds were not very comfortable but they did the trick.

Loved the pool area

Clean room, was able to enjoy myself in my room without any complaint other than a drunk couple fighting after midnight with her boyfriend Pounding on there hotel room door. Pool she definitely be open to adults till 11 pm as well

Our room was nice and clean. Our room was above the pool, so it was quite noisy, and the person who cleans the pool at midnight drags the chairs and tables, which woke me up. I never want a room beside the pool again. The dinner theatre was great, though. The restaurant was so slow at Aldos for meals, too. Overall, though, the hotel is a lot nicer inside than outside. We would stay there again!

This hotel has a lot of undesirable people in it most of thrle time. Our power also wrnt out and they wanted to give me a gift cardc to the restaurant however the restaurant food is also undesirable. The staff is friendly tho

Was good. Nothing to comment on. Restaurant is expensive. Enjoyed the dinner theater. Had the pool to ourselves in the morning.
