Clean room

The property is very outdated. The carpets are dirty in hallways and elevator. I do not believe the website description was accurate. Staff very nice. Room was clean but very outdated features. It cost a lot $$

Nice property and the noteable attention to guest details is top tier!

I didn't love that they charged me to check in early, and the "to go" style breakfast was meh. But the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. And everyone I interacted with was friendly.

It’s under renovation and we got a room that did not get renovated yet so there”s some problems but we have stayed here before and we liked it. We are sure it will better soon.

Very sub-par property. Hotel was clean, but everything was very low quality. Mattresses were horrible, beds squeezed, pool area was closed, breakfasts were horrible. Not worth the money!

Great service, warm pool and breakfast. The inn was quiet but close to everything. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would have liked to see a better outdoor space, and the outside lighting was a little extreme, but I was on the go most of the time so it didn't matter. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay and relax, very friendly staff, big rooms with big tables, soft mattresses and yummy breakfast!

Very large room with comfortable bed. Clean room & pleasant odor. Very friendly staff. Nice lobby with seating. Laundry room was nice. Only issue was the breakfast, serviced English Muffins or burritos.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The pool was terrific. The room was a bit outdated, but they are remodeling. The location is great and so was the price.

This property was decent, but I didn’t like have to pick a breakfast and time at check-in.

For some reason we had to ask for something each day from housekeeping. Day 1, no washcloths, and our floors make socks black. I asked for a cleaning, especially the floor. The bedding was not turned, which we were told that we didn't ask. So after asking for full service, we still had no toilet paper or shower caps. We were there 3 nights. Breakfast was missing products. Overall we were quite unsatisfied, but the desk staff were quite pleasant in remediation of our issues. Lastly, we were out of water for 2 hours with no verbal notice. They told us the sign was posted the night prior. Luckily we showered the night prior
