Tenía una mejor expectativa del Soloy pero fue la peor experiencia en Panamá. El Aire Acondicionado no funcionó y el de mantenimiento solo dijo que el aire no daba para más y con los calores de Panamá no se podía dormir, la habitación no la limpiaban, dejaban todo igual diario. Me queje en recepción pero no resolvieron nada. Para la mala atención es muy Alto el precio, un edificio casi en deterioro se notaba en las habitaciones deprimentes. Pésimo. Lo único bueno fue el desayuno bastante básico pero si muy bueno. Realmente arrepentido, no está a la altura de un Radisson, esperaba mucho mas

The first room we had was full of mold ,the other one barely had hot water. The hotel got so full was hard to get breakfast, the laundry system is horrible how can you take towels so early and not replace them same time. About the towels omg they need changing to small and thin some the ends were frayed. The elevators wait was crazy till one of them the door wasn’t closing. The breakfast choices were too limited felt like the same thing every other day!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this hotel not worth the money. We took our sheets off to be changed was there for 8 nights and they put the same said sheets back on very unsanitary!

I didn’t like that on some nights the hotel was ridiculously noisy discomforting others within the hotel . Why were persons in their room able to hear activities that were happening in other rooms/spaces within the hotel? The breakfast was not appetizing and not warm/hot enough although it was on a warmer , I think the hotel needs to look into catering for Caribbean people as Caribbean people did stay at the hotel . Other than that the room service was fine , the attendant left clean towels everyday, left the spaces tidy, trash was removed everyday and the belongings were where we left them. I also think that the hotel can do with a bit of spring cleaning and the hallways do carry a moisture scent which needs to be looked into . The from desk assistant on the night of my arrival was very helpful, customer oriented and speaks both Spanish and English which was a plus to navigate easier for English only speaking persons.

Lastimosamente no les recomiendo este lugar. la ubicación es zona peligrosa el desayuno es fatal, el área alrededor muy sucia , el aire acondicionado casi no enfría lo reportamos lo chequearon y continuó el Mismo problema .. las camas son muy duras .. el Personal es poco amable!!

La ubicación me gustó queda muy céntrico, la limpieza la encontré muy buena, el desayuno bueno y abundante, el único problema que tuvimos es que no nos daban toallas había que pedirlas con mucho tiempo. Pero por lo demás todo muy bueno.

I like the location of the property to amenities and transportation. Staff was helpful and made sure our surrounding where always clean.

Très bon séjour : suite magnifique et spacieuse, personnel accueillant, très bon emplacement avec un supermarché à quelques mètres, des magasins et la station de métro Loteria à proximité.

The staff was friendly and we appreciated being allowed to check in early. However, our overall experience was very disappointing. When we entered the room, it was quite dusty, and we ended up cleaning parts of it ourselves, including the bathroom and nightstands. The bathroom also had a strong sewage smell, which was very unpleasant. We had to run the water and flush the toilet multiple times just to somewhat reduce the odor. On top of that, the sink barely worked—only hot water came out, and even that was very minimal. We had to leave the sink running for nearly an hour to get any usable water. The following night, we requested new towels, but they were never delivered. We eventually had to go downstairs to get them ourselves. The in-room phone, which we were told we could use to call for assistance, did not work either. We also chose to eat at the hotel restaurant one evening, which led to additional issues. When paying, my sister and her friend were given incorrect information about the value of the currency and were shortchanged. Additionally, when we ordered the “menu of the day” for two consecutive days, we never received the included dessert. It was only when a different manager noticed and asked about it that we realized it had been missing both times. While the staff may be friendly, the overall quality of service, maintenance, and attention to deets needs massive improvements.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely be staying here the next time I visit.
