成個酒店得一個微波爐可供顧客使用，另外製冰機亦係得一部，房間清潔欠佳。另外嗰房好嘈，樓上及周圍到晚上，有好多小朋友跳蹦蹦，致房間內很嘈。難以入睡打電話到前台叫人幫忙，效果都唔係好理想。

It was very loud throughout the night. We were able to hear every noise from the rooms next to us and in the hallways. I asked for extra towels to be delivered to my room, none came.

Hotel was ok. It was an unusual design with courtyards in the hotel. It would be good for big groups with kids. The beds were horrible. They were squeaky and rock hard. The cable also froze a bunch of times

Exactly loud music from the unit beside ours, when we talked to the front desk the one attendant was great but the second one from the office was heard saying heaven forbid loud music after a music festival. We were not here for the music festival and had kids with us and it was almost 11pm

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is getting outdated and is due for a renovation.

Filthy place. Paper thin walls, and rude staff. I got an extra unexpected 50 dollar charge on my credit card a couple of days later. This trip was 300 bucks last year with my family but this time around it was well over 1000. The indoor pool has outrageous line ups for the slides, and not worth the cost. Niagara falls in general is just a waste of money and unsafe for families. We found dirty needles around my truck in the parking garage when i was leaving with my children. We've sadly decided that Niagara falls isn't somewhere we want to take our children anymore.

Staff were very rude and disrespectful.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I made the booking, it included free breakfast, but upon arrival, I was told I had to pay for it. This was not what I expected. In addition, the washroom water was not working properly, and the shower had no soap provided. The only positive part was that the bed was comfortable enough. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your service.
