The hotel is located in perfect location, super easy to find. The room size is good and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast which is amazing with lots of variety of choices. The only concern I want to raise is that the room was extremely hot even though the temperature was set at 19 degree. I want sure if it is because the roll was facing the west side. We couldn’t stay in the room in day time and it was hard to fall into sleep. Given we only stayed there for one night, we didn’t ask for a change.

Pelas fotos, a impressão era de que haveria uma vista para a cidade, mas a janela dava apenas para os fundos do prédio, onde havia inclusive lixeiras. Não me incomodaria ter essa vista se isso estivesse claramente descrito no anúncio, mas as fotos acabam criando uma expectativa diferente. Além disso, a escrivaninha mostrada nas fotos do quarto também não existia. Esses detalhes fizeram o anúncio parecer um pouco enganoso. Acredito que seria melhor utilizar fotos que representem com mais precisão o quarto oferecido ou deixar claro que a vista e a mobília podem variar.

A única coisa aproveitável neste hotel é a localização, porque todo o resto é lastimável. O quarto é muito pequeno, e o pior é que a limpeza é inexistente. Ao chegar, me designaram um quarto que tinha uma varanda completamente suja, pedi a troca e me colocaram em outro andar, sem varanda, mas também num quarto minúsculo e que tinha um barulho continuo horrível da calha do banheiro . Na arrumação diária, a limpeza é inexistente, sequer varrem o chão do quarto, apenas trocam as toalhas que são péssimas, e não disponibilizam nem um tapete para o piso. O café da manhã é razoável, mas falta a reposição dos itens, e sempre há super lotação, tornando o ambiente muito desagradável. A equipe de funcionários faz o possível, são cordiais, mas a estrutura do hotel é terrível.

The location of Scandic Torget is its shining star - absolutely great central and walkable location. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Upon check-in we were assigned a handicap room. This room had an enormous bathroom & large bedroom. The problem was there was no place to unpack thus you are living out of your suitcase. Both rooms had no horizontal surfaces to set toiletries or clothing. We were told at the front desk that in Norway the rooms do not provide closet space. (Untrue as we had just come from Oslo). We did get assigned another room that was somewhat better however the lay-out of the new room was poor. The tv could only be viewed from the sofa and there was a wall shelf that impeded moving in and out of bed. The breakfast was another shining star at this hotel. Food quality and variety was quite good however staff was not cheerful.
