Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around 2Euro/way

Nice place. Welcoming/check in was ok, but not exceptional. No explanation on the wifi (just available in the lobby), the pools, and other services available to us. The room was clean but dated. No AC and no Wifi in the room.

Hotel cómodo y bien situado, buena aunque se echa de menos un detergente para vajilla . Desayuno buffet completo y personal amable. No había enchufes en las mesillas, el hotel necesita una actualización pero en general hemos estado cómodos

There was nothing special about this place unfortunately. Very old building. My room was a bit smelly, beds were uncomfortable, there isn't much around the area if you don't have a car. And there is no wifi in the rooms.

Een prachtig uitzicht en een prima schone kamer met een goed werkend kitchenette met een couvert voor 4 personen. Klein koelkastje met een vriezer, superhandig! De buurt is ontzettend leuk met alles in 1 straat te vinden en 15 min rijden van Funchal!

A very nice place to stay as a base whilst visiting around the beautiful island. Its not far from Funchal by BOLT taxi service and close to airport too, so not difficult to travel to the main centre.

Sengene var virkelig hårde, og man kunne mærke fjedrene igennem. Der var et "køkken" men uden noget som helst tilbehør. Morgenmaden var ok, men ret kedelig. Vi blev opgraderet grundet strømmangel, og fik der en lidt bedre seng, og et køkken med tilbehør. Vil ikke anbefale deres billigste værelse, men opgradere til noget lidt bedre.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen Betten alt Bad alt Alles sehr hellhörig. Es muss dringend renoviert werden

Ideal spot if staying in Madeira for the first time. Easy access to Funchal and the place is really quiet and safe.

There are a few things I liked a lot and a few things I didn’t. Pros-Very walkable,Lots of cafes, restaurants and grocery near by,Indoor pool,View from the balcony, the rooms were very clean,in room microwave and hot plate and I got a pleasant surprise of cake and champagne on my birthday. Con’s- No AC thankfully I visited in the winter,the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, No wifi in rooms only in common areas,Walls are paper thin, no elevator no kettle for tea or coffee in rooms With that being said this is a perfect pick if you’re not going to sow and much time indoors. It’s a little dated but it worked for our shot stat

Tijdens ons verblijf werd er gewerkt door een sloopbedrijf op de binnenplaats. 4dagen lang geen siësta. Accommodatie was heel lawaaierig een deur tussen de buren en ons. Alles wat schoof in gebouw hoorde je. Heel lawaaierige omgeving. Kortom teleurstellend.

The room we had was old . The mattress with springs inside , too hard . The staff all wonderful , kind . You definitely need a car to move around . The price for parking, unbelievable cheap. Parking in front your door. I loved the garden the flowers soooooo beautiful, compliment . The island is a fairytale
