Good location, yet it is a basement room. Smokes come in when people smoke in the backyard. Bathroom is old and tub is dirty with old soap Good breakfast. Overall a fair hotel yet it's too expansive.

Ihastuva hotelli, joka kävelymatkan päässä Earl’s Court asemalta. Meillä oli kolmen hengen iso huone (Pasha suite). Huoneeseen kuului myös ihastuttava parveke puistonäkymin, jossa oli kaksi tuolia ja pöytä. Kylpyhuoneessa oli amme, erillinen suihkutila ja kaksi lavuaaria. Näkymä huoneesta puistoon ja rauhalliselle tielle. Aamupala suppea, mutta riittävä. Ihastuttava pienehkö hotelli, jonne mielellään tulee uudestaan.

Would have rated excellent but the room was located on 2nd floor and required a steep climb to our room. Staff were excellent in helping with our luggage coming and going. Included breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Continental breakfast was more than we usually are offered at other hotels. Breakfast staff went beyond normal service to make your breakfast annd stay very pleasurable. Underground stations were walkable. Overall it was a great stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem Absolutely beautiful. Checking in was an ease. The satff were all very pleasant. The room was very clean and the perfect size. The free breakfast was really good. The hotel os a quick 5 minute walk to the train station, so very convenient! I highly recommend!

It was a great hotel for us close to the underground and some shops. The breakfast was also really good. All in all a nice hotel for us.

We were thrilled with our stay at 20 Nevern Square. The room was more spacious than we were expecting, and the location so close to the Underground was fantastic. We were able to get anywhere we wanted quickly. The staff, though quiet and a little shy, were extraordinarily helpful. The breakfast was lovely, and the garden area was the perfect spot to enjoy it. We hope to stay there again!

Gut gelegen. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Ich hatte ein Maisonnettezimmer für vier Menschen für mich allein - Luxus! Gute Ausstattung. Allerdings war die Decke sehr niedrig und ich hab mich öfter mal gestoßen- und ich bin nur 1,64m…

Would definitely recommend this place! The staff Thomas and Victoria were so friendly and professional and went the extra mile. The free breakfast is a really nice touch. My only gripes is that the rooms could use some updating and the WiFi could be stronger Just to note there is parking onsite, it is very limited (only 3 cars can barely fit) costs £25 a day

I left booking accommodation for the Proms to the last minute and thought we'd end up having to stay on the outskirts. However, when I saw this place I booked immediately and was not disappointed. The check in process was easy (remember to bring your ID), a really friendly gentleman helped me with parking the car — the car park is over the road and it secured by metal gates and padlock). I had possibly one of the best nights' sleep there and would happily return just for that. This will certainly be my first point of call[ in future when attending the Proms. Thank you to all the staff involved!

Wonderfully clean and comfortable room, great breakfast, and the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. My only quibble is the shower in my room was pretty dreadful, but when I mentioned it on checkout, notes were taken and it’s going to be fixed.

A little tight for 3 folks in the room but a decent property for the price. Location is excellent.
