Quand nous sommes arrivés notre chambre n'était pas prête. En un instant ont nous en avait trouvé une autre. Merci beaucoup excellent service et avec un beau sourire.

Excellent endroit où rester à Matane. Très propre, personnel accueillant et délicieux repas au restaurant de l’hôtel!

Les installations ne sont pas tout à fait à jour. Certains membres du personnel étaient plus distants.

It was wonderful as always. Breathtaking views, you can have a fire on the beach right along side of the beautiful lounge restaurant they have overlooking the ocean. I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful location for a hotel this side of Canada. It is absolutely stunning.

Chambres normales mais propres.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room (301) right next to the main entrance, which had a broken doorknob. Every time someone entered our floor, we heard a loud noise. We were then moved to a different room, further away from the broken door, but the air conditioning was very noisy and we had to turn it off. We explained everything, but we received no compensation.

The staff were helpful when I asked them about my glasses. They informed me so I was able to get it back.

Bien apprécié dans l’ensemble mais il devrait faire un suivi pour les airs climatisé car le notre a 2 h am arrêtait et au 2 heures 😡

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was very good. The property had a bonfire area set up. Also lots of chairs to sit outside. The view was incredible

Le prix est bien Extrêmement bien situé dans le centre ville de Matane. Plusieurs fast food , pharmacie , épicerie à +- 800m à pied de hotel.

Thos is a great place to stay. The staff, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff and room cleaners are extremely good and make you feel welcome. It is also directly on the St. Lawrence which is an added bonus.

The location was great. Breakfast was reasonably priced.
