We stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of toiletries and there was a selection of teas and coffee for the Nespresso machine. It is in a great location with everything in easy walking distance. We had a car and were able to park it there for the night at a cost of 21 euros. Check in and check out were very easy.

Lovely stay and location was great. Room was clean and modern. Turn down service in evening was lovely. Bar staff friendly and happy to make cocktails at request. Tried the food also and was delicious and fresh. Would definitely return for our next time in Malaga.

Very nice, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Very well located hotel. Tea coffee making facilities were not mentioned in the fact sheet so I was pleasantly surprised to have them in my room. Felt very comfortable in the hotel thanks to the staff. However the rooms are not soundproof enough. I could hear people talking next door sometimes. Also when the housemaid pushed the bed next door I could feel it in my back. Not a big issue given that the hotel is just fantastic

Dårlig renhold på rommet, hår på sengetøy og på badet. Glass skår på gulvet som var sopet inn i et hjørne. Vi fikk ikke rom typen vi hadde booket, og personalet var ganske uhøflige. Veldig lite basseng Super frokost med godt utvalg . Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt .

Great breakfast. Very clean. Pool bar not open but still able to use pool area.

Tout était parfait sauf le petit déjeuner… les viennoiseries étaient sèches et sans saveur et le café très amer… dommage compte tenu de l’hotel

Vi bodde på 111 (nytt tilbygg) Toalettpapir holder hang nedover så papiret datt på gulvet. Garderobeskapets oppheng falt ned pga tidligere skader. Store sprukne fuger på badet. Stiv duskjslange som spylte i alle retninger. Badets ansiktsservietter datt ned fra veggen ( opphenget) Vi hadde utsikt fra 1.etg til uteliggere som sov på benkene utenfor. Ingen mulighet til å legge kofferter andre steder enn på gulvet. Synd at et slikt NYTT hotell ikke er utstyrt med SMART - TV. Ansatte/ledelse Må følge opp for at dette skal bli bra… Altfor høy pris på rom og parkering.

Great location for hotel - easy walking distance into the Old Town - high NH standards (as usual) - innumerable eating options close to hotel.

Las habitaciones muy sucias, las limpiezas diarias no eran aceptables. No nos recogían los utensilios de comida y bebida que utilizábamos. Ubicación perfecta del hotel. Desayuno muy bueno.

Excellent location and service

Amazing hotel in a perfect location. We spent a week at this hotel with our baby and could not fault it. The staff at reception were so kind and helpful. Upon check in, the staff member noticed that it had been our baby’s first birthday a few days prior and organised for a bottle of cava and a cake to be sent to our room for us to celebrate. We were so appreciative of the thoughtful gesture. We stayed in a family room which was a really generous size. The hotel provided a baby bath. We have never came across this at any other hotels, and were so appreciative. They made travelling with a baby that bit easier by being so helpful. Thank you! The hotel is in a great location; walking distance to all the main attractions/areas. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Überaus hilfsbereites und auf allen Ebenen sehr freundliches Personal. Von der Rezeption bis zum Housekeeping in jeder Hinsicht beispielhaft. Ausgezeichnete Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr vielen andalusischen Spezialitäten und langer Öffnungszeit. Wichtig zu wissen, der Poolbereich ist sehr überschaubar und eher für eine kurze Erfrischung als für einen langen Aufenthalt geeignet. Auch das Gym ist eher bescheiden, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck.

Frukost ingick inte och vi tog inte det för det kostade 21 euro per person för dyrt Lite tråkigt att det inte fanns nån bättre uteplats och att poolområdet var endast öppet mellan 12-18 Trevligt men inte lyxigt hotell det bästa var läget! Nära till allt

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat viel zu bieten, für jeden ist was dabei. Es ist frisch und anmachend. Ebenso gefiel mir das Ambiente des Hotels und die Sauberkeit. Die Lage ist aucu top.
