Perfect location in Venice: only a few minutes walk to many popular places. The room is tidy and nice, although the wifi service is a bit weak. The bathroom is old but still functioning properly. The breakfast service is superb and the staff is very friendly and nice.

hotel has safe, clean room with a 'minibar' type fridge and range of toiletries. They changed the sheets each day. Breakfast was very good, help yourself and a full choice of cereals, sweet cakes, croissants and a drinks machine offering all the types of coffee and hot chocolate. Pleasant staff and service.

Elevator broke. 5 flights of stairs to go to our room. Staff good except for the night shift who was not friendly nor helpful and can sound discriminatory.

Habitación cómoda y muy silenciosa, personal muy atento y agradable, muy bien ubicado cerca de plaza San Marco. La cama con buen colchón y amplia, el desayuno algo chico y quizas falte algo mas de variedad pero lo suplen con su amabilidad y excelente calidad de los alimentos. Altamente recomendable. Para repetir.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Location is great, very close to Rialto Bridge and just a short walk to the water bus with only 1 set of stairs to carry your luggage over, you can’t go wrong with this location.

The hotel was excellent in terms of location. It’s a fairly old hotel but very clean. The bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was fine on the first day, a good selection of food. However, in my opinion, the bacon and eggs could have been cooked a little more. Eggs were watery and the bacon did not look cooked, needless to say, I skipped both selections. There was no change to any of the selections thereafter which was disappointing. We also felt “watched” by the employees which was uncomfortable. Otherwise, our stay was good. I would recommend the hotel in terms of location and cleanliness but lacks in other areas.

Localizado entre a ponte do Rio Alto e a Praça de São Marcos. Muito bom para dar aquela parada no dia e ir pro hotel para trocar de roupa, ir ao banheiro ou guardar algo que comprou. Quarto limpo, bem organizado, staff atencioso, café da manhã incluso e bastante bom, com opções salgadas.

They had breakfast which makes it convenient saving time and money. It would be nice to have a better spread. location is convenient and quite well connected via water busses at Rialto and San Marco.

Ideal location, short walk over one bridge from Rialto Vaporetto stop. Staff extremely polite and helpful. A little dated but typically Venetian so still very charming. Comfortable beds and good choice for breakfast. Overall we were very happy with our 2 nights stay.

The hotel ia very well located in the city. It's close to the city's center and to the vaporeto stops. Not far from the train station either. The stuff were welcoming and kind.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
