Location was very convenient. It was located 5 min walking distance from aquaduct but in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very nice and professional. We didn't get to try the breakfast due to early departure time but it was only 10 euros per person which seemed very reasonable.

I spent just one night at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room came well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within easy walking distance of the city center. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were absolutely wonderful: warm, helpful, and thorough. They provided detailed guidance on off-site parking, which made things even easier. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay in the area.

An excellent room: spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

Great location a couple of minutes walk to the Aquaduct then follow the pedestrian walkway up to the cathedral 10-12 minutes walk and continue to the Alcazar. Buffet breakfast available in the hotel or use one of the many cafes near the aqueduct. Parking on street available via topping up a parking app. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious. A traditional well run hotel.

This is a really quiet, nice hotel, that is run by some very kind and helpful people. The breakfast was substantial. Also, this hotel is about a five minute walk to the Roman aqueduct and the center of the medieval town. it's a lovely place!

Always a pleasure modern clean and very central to all attractions while away from chaos of tourists. This is my third visit. It’s an old castle converted into a modern comfortable yet cozy property. Love it here!

Fantastic breakfast. Great variety of food. Not the usual meat, cheese and bread only. Fruit and oatmeal too. The staff was excellent. Very service oriented. Any request was fulfilled.

Nous sommes arrivés en début d’après midi et nous avons été très bien accueillis . Nous avons pu visiter Segovie la vielle ville étant juste au dessus de l’hôtel . La décoration de l’hôtel est moderne alors que le bâtiment est ancien .

The property is a remodeled palace or villa in an excellent location. The staff is just incredible, so helpful and friendly. We’d love to keep Cetina as our secret but we’ll go ahead and give it our highest recommendation. Superb.

Loved being here. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. It’s also well located just a short walk from the aqueduct. I parked on street and it was easy to pay via an app, and cheaper than the hotel deal.

Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise.

Bonito Hotel. No muy adaptado para ir con carrito de niño. Pocas Mantas. Nos apuraron para salir del hotel a las 12:10, siendo que estuvimos 15 minutos para poder coger una mesa en el desayuno.

Fui con mi pareja por su cumpleaños y tuvieron el detalle de dejarle una tarjeta con unos bombones, nos hizo mucha ilusión. Todo el personal súper amable y accesible. La cama comodísima, desayuno espectacular. En fin, un sueño

A nice property in a central location

ha sido una estancia esplendida. el ambiente y limpieza de todo el recinto fantastico, localizacion del hotel inmejorable. no suelo decir esto, pero he tenido suerte de escoger este hotel para este viaje. y el coctel de bienvenida estupendo.
