A very nice hotel situated in the centre of the old town. The room is very nice, luxury, beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great. However my room is a little bit far from the lift while the signs are not clear - easy to get lost. And the hotel is a quite far from public transport so i need to take a taxi/uber to transfer from/to the train/coach stations.

Un très bel hôtel style classique, très calme et idéalement placé pour visiter Vilnius. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Ne pas hésiter à aller au Spa, petit mais bien équipé. Le bar de l’hôtel est également très agréable.

Mysigt och trevligt. Härlig maxad inredning. Udda gulliga rum. Härlig frukost, bra personal. Enda negativa var SPA avdelningen. Bastun var inte på, mindre pool och yta än vad som visades. Och det var inte ordentligt rengjort kring poolens kakel. Allt annat var toppen❤️

Beautiful hotel in the reflect location for discovering Vilnius. Hotel staff were polite and attentive.

Vackra och välstädade rum. Sköna sängar. Tillmötesgående och trevlig personal. Fint men litet SPA med varmt vatten i poolen. Fantastiska juldekorationer. Enda anledningen till att det inte blir en femma är för att frukosten var en aning kaosartad med stressad personal som inte pratade engelska

The breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel or the service there either . It was very poor and staff not interested or engaged in customer service .

Veldig koselig hotell med hyggelige ansatte, god service, og flott beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Eneste er at det ikke er noe for folk som er dårlige til bens. Kun en heis. Bodde man i andre enden av hotellet ble det veldig mange trapper å gå.

Staff were very friendly, room was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard but nice. The whole hotel was decorated for Christmas and looked amazing! The location was great too.
