No supplies of cups and no water boiler!

地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.

就是没有热水壶。酒店服务很好，很早就可以办理入住手续。地段好。

Lindo, confortável, ótima localização e ótimo atendimento. Não tem estacionamento, mas há um próximo ao hotel

Como gosto bastante desse hotel, dessa vez reservei para um amigo e ele tb ficou muito satisfeito.

Já nos hospedamos nesse hotel 2 outras vezes e o padrão continua o mesmo. Bom serviço, café da manhã ótimo, lençóis e toalhas novos e limpos. Excelente localização.

Como siempre la amabilidad del personal y la buena ubicación, hacen de este hotel una parada obligatoria en Santiago.

A large breakfast buffet which included hot food, a big bathroom with a large sink and plush towels, friendly staff, and convenient location. I had read there was some sort of shuttle arrangement at the hotel for a cost, but that isn’t true. They will reserve a taxi for you, but that’s it.

The room was lovely and spacious. Although the cot was missing, the bed was fine for one night. The bathroom was great and the whole space was comfortable. Thank you!

Localização.

The issue with this property was that after a very late arrival, close to 1am, we were given a room that wasn't clearly set for guests. No bedsheets or towels and the room had not been cleaned. We had stayed here multiple times and as per usual we had advised them of the late arrival to ensure there was no question of us not turning up and risking the room we booked being given to someone else. But to our surprise and after a long journey and arriving with a child, we still had to go through this experience. Simply unacceptable.

Excelentes instalações e ótima localização com todos os pontos de interesse a pé e muitos restaurantes e bares no entorno

Hotel Simples , porém muito bem localizado! estacionamento pago na pracinha em frente ao hotel! bom custo- benefício ! pra 1 pernoite vale pela localização
