No supplies of cups and no water boiler!

地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.

Room was quiet and staff ok, but didn't feel like a 4☆.

Very nice hotel and great location. Staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms very nice, although bathroom with sliding door a little too close to bed for my liking. Buffet breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold items. Would definitely stay again. Recommend the bar opposite - Morriña Santiago!

Excelente atención

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt is gevarieerd en prima, koffie mag wel van betere kwaliteit zijn. Familiekamer is prima en de badkamer ook. Er is maar één lift en dat zorgt ervoor dat je soms lang moet wachten. Locatie is perfect, naar het oude en gezellige centrum is de straat oversteken en dan ben je er al, treinstation is 10 min. Zeer tevreden met Compostela Hotel.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, behulpzaam personeel. Propere kamer, goede airco en ruime keuze bij ontbijt.

Location, breakfast, staff and service. Very nice

Exceptional helpful staff. While the room was clean, there were marks/stains on the ceiling/walls. Evident some things had been patched, retouched since it didn’t match. For me, breakfast was lacking. I didn’t bother with breakfast the 2nd day. AC worked great. Nice convenient location at edge of old town.

Room was very clean, beds comfortable, most importantly staff was very helpful. Next to old town, easy walkable access to all sights. We did not have time for breakfast.

Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms were a great size with decent amount of space, which made our visit comfortable especially after doing 5 days of the camino. The hotel's location was very convenient and made it easy to get around Santiago (about 10 min walk to the cathedral). That said, cleanliness could be improved. We found a clump of hair in the shower drain and hair on the shower head, which didn't make us feel great about the cleanliness.

Muy bueno y buena ubicación

I only stayed one night and arrived late, so it is difficult to form an impression but, overall, the hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Location and staff great

Great location near the oldtown cathedral, and the train station. Breakfast is good, and all the staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms have been renovated, but starting to show some signs of wear and tear. Rooms are very quiet eventhough the hotel is located on a busy intersection.

Great stay, just what needed

Tudo impecável . Hotel de luxo , quartos amplos , chaleira elétrica com café e chás de brinde , água de brinde . Frigobar , banheira , banheiro bem equipado, apenas o ar condicionado por ser central não gelava o quarto . Café da manhã pago a parte , muito bom , amplo buffet com frios , pães , doces , sucos , máquina de café, geleias , tostadeira e iogurtes. O valor em reais da diária é um pouco elevado , mas vale o investimento.
