Excellent location in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Having a continental breakfast was a bonus!

Sehr gute Lage an der Hauptstraße, Zentrum und Strand waren in Reichweite. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber. Leider tropfte die Klimaanlage, wurde aber am nächsten Tag instandgesetzt. Leider gab es keine Anfahrtmöglichkeit, da die Straße gesperrt war und es gab keine Parkplätze im Haus. Das Frühstück war einfach, dem Hotelpreis angemessen. Das Hotel bekommt eine Empfehlung aufgrund der guten Lage und Zimmer (obere Etage), Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, frühstücken würde ich außerhalb.

Brilliant hotel. Wonderful position. Stayed in an executive king suite, it was enormous. Comfortable bed. Soft towels. We have stayed in 8 Hotels this trip, only time we have had a grab rail in a bath or shower and also excellent lighting. Very friendly and helpful staff-Val accompanied me to the laundry room to help me.

Terrible experience

The hotel was fine considering the age, however the smell of the room was very musty and walls were super thin. The breakfast room was good and the lady working in there on August 2nd was fantastic, she went out of her way to make special waffles for my children.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I had a great stay and will definitely come back again!

It’s great - right in the heart of the action. However there is open drug use in front and behind the hotel at all hours. Nothing you can do just be mindful - very sad. But the hotel itself is not impacted. Bernie’s happy hour starts at 4. Can’t miss it.

It’s a good hotel big rooms a bit old but great general. A looot of homeless in the city, great locación for the hotel. The only downside is that the parking lot was full when I got there and we had to park 2 blocks away free in a city parking. Not bad but not great

Kindly kept my bags during early morning arrival while I attended an offsite conference. Nice gym. Close to waterfront.

Staff was extremely helpful holding our bags before we checked in and after we checked out. We arrived early and our room was ready for us much earlier than check in time.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was also good.

Nice to have additional breakfast options

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location couldn’t be any better.. It’s right downtown close to everything. The only real issue was that the bathroom was too small so the door got in the way of the toilet.

As always, the staff makes the difference when it comes to a wonderful experience and the Royal Anne hotel staff did not disappoint. They were friendly, courteous and thoughtful. Secondly, the location is perfectly situated in the heart of the action, with restaurants, the boardwalk and beaches within a couple of minutes walk. I would highly recommend this hotel.
