We got the special teddy bear collection room and were very surprised because it's so cute. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is very strategic because it's just in front of subway station Chongwenmen. Walkable to various shopping malls such as Glory Mall, New World Mall.

Hotelnya bagus, dekat MRT dekat mal mol tidak usah jauh jalannya. Sarapannya dikit variasinya tapi oke lah.

Lokasi strategis, dekat stasiun MRT dan bus. Jalan 700 mtr ada mal beijing, oke lah.

It’s a pleasure stay at the hotel. Good staff, nice hotel, wonderful room we have over there. Near 2 mall, Glory and Trade center, have a bakery store just beside the hotel, restaurant just across the street. Just info MRT line 5 the one that have escalators, line 2 don’t have one, all stairs..

Lokasi hotel ini strategis, berada di tengah2 pusat kota, di depan hotel terdapat akses langsung ke stasiun MRT dan juga terdapat halte bus. Pelayanan sangat baik dan cepat, hanya saja kamar hotel perlu renovasi. Secara keseluruhan kami cukup puas dengan hotel ini

I have had a most convenient hotel near the center city. The breakfast and the Chinese restaurant at this hotel was delicious one. I suggest to other guest to come to this hotel.

Pelayanan hotel bagus, kondisi kamar terawat, dekat pintu MRT chong wenmen railway station, dekat dengan tiananmen, kekurangannya tidak ketemu minimarket dekat hotel.

Saya diberikan kamar tanpa jendela (tidak masalah), tapi ternyata AC-nya panas, sehingga kalau di kamar berasa sauna. Saya komplain, alasannya karena musim dingin jadi AC-nya panas, lalu diberikan solusi penambahan kipas angin (cukup kaget dengan solusi yang ditawarkan, karena bagaimana mungkin hotel sebesar ini bisa menawarkan solusi seperti di losmen). Akhirnya saya komplain ke manager hotel, barulah diberikan kamar yang punya jendela, ternyata ada, karena awalnya dibilang ga ada, sisa yang tanpa jendela, kalau saya tidak komplain, bisa 2 malam saya sauna di kamar itu. Secara lokasi, memang sangat strategis, karena di depannya langsung ada MRT station, jadi mudah kalau mau kemana-mana.

Good hospitality, ada gangguan dikamar langsung ditelepon untuk pindah kamar.
