Amid expensive choices of hotel in Barcelona, this is one you can get close to the city centre and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Just a 3-min walk to Saint Pao Hospital, and 15 mins to Sangrada Familia. Takes 5-10 mins to the metor station. Quite neighbourhood where you can feel safe. The room is spacious but very dark, I personally don't understand how a room of that size can be fixed with such a poor lighting. You can only read at the desk. There is a walled full-body mirror but with the dim lighting you can never see yourself in the mirror, not even in the day time as no light enters from the window. You get what you pay. It's stated a 2-star and you can expect this but a better lightly would definitely give the hotel an upgrade. Status of some towels makes you hesitate to use them. NOT non-smoking

This hotel located in quiet and safe residential area, just walk around 8 minutes form Sant Pau Dos de Maig station. It's quite close form majority attraction if you choose to take subway. Especially Sagrada Família, you just need to take around 15 minutes walk form hotle to there. Even the room are bit of old decorate, but everything is clean and fine. But the bad is too hard for me, and the sound insulation is really bad, i can clearly hear all voices (people talking, door closing, etc.) out of my door.

It locates beside the ancient Hospital Sant Pau, so you can have a great view from the balcony if your room is on the frings of this building.

located at the quiet corner, it was close to many main attractions, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, we had a pleasant stay.

The room and overall facility was very clean! Everything was comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast!

I been in Barcelona many times and there are many different places to stay but for the random visitors location is most important. In this respect location for this hotel could not be better, few minutes walking to Sagrada without any traffic congestion, near the Sant Pau hospital museum and hundreds of options to have eating. Hotel is fully renovated, minimalist and practical design.

One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on, but room + rest of facilities incredibly basic. Nice staff. 4/5.

Bathroom poorly cleaned. Blood stains on the toilet seat. Washbasin far from tidy.

Nice hotel and affordable on Monday and Tuesday night. Everything was comfortable and clean. Great location next to Recinte Modernisme and a short walk to La Sagrada Familia.

Service wasn’t great but the cleaning lady and one guy working the night shift was very nice. We were scared to ask for towels till one friendly night staffed offered. Had to figure out how to use the fridge by ourselves as it was plugged out and took awhile to get cold. Bathroom door wouldn’t fully close. However the view was definitely spectacular.

Bery basic rooms. I stress basic. Virtually no additional things in the room other than a bed and a bathroom. That said, very clean. Very nice staff. Very good coffee downstairs

Este lugar está muy bien! Aunque bastante lejos del barrio gótico etc, podías llegar a la sagrada familia caminando. Hay paradas de buses y metro muy cerca. La habitación estuvo muy padre, muy cómoda, la ducha de súper buen tamaño puedes desayunar y comer ahí mismo, algo que me pareció muy práctico. Todo estaba muy limpio y no tuvimos problemas, Está muy cerca del hospital y la vista se ve muy linda :)

Internet não funcionava, sem conexão muitas vezes, quase todo o instante. De manhã, éramos acordados com muitos barulhos, principalmente de móveis sendo arrastados, portas batendo etc. interior muito barulhento. O quarto não possui ar condicionado, passamos muito calor. Não tem kit higiene. Resumindo, é apenas um quarto para você dormir. Existe opções muito melhores e mais próximas do centro até e com poucas estrelas.

Overall the room was very good. The AC didn't work hardly at all. I had it turned on as cold as I could and yet I still opened the patio door at night to let cool air in. Also, the shower water didn't maintain it's temperature. It would go cool then hot without touching anything.

Very disappointed that there was not a kettle or mini fridge. There were issues with the internet. At this price point, I would expect a bit more as far as amenities. the room was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, but that is all you got; a bed and a bathroom.
