No coffee in the lobby

Our room was very spacious. Curtains could not close completely because hooks were missing, spacious bathroom but very small shower with no shelf for shampoo or soap. Our room was uncomfortably cool and there was no way to turn up the heat.

Very helpful and friendly staff which made the stay just great and welcoming with the bonus of being family friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and would also highly recommend it to others.

Parking was fine. No bar and no restaurant

The Staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were slightly outdated and the double bed that I had could have been a bit more comfortable. The location was close to numerous amenities. The property was well maintained and clean . I would recommend this place if I was staying in the Hamilton Niagara area.

Not worth the price. Very dated and old looking property

Room was excellent. Quiet, comfortable, well laid out. Would have given five stars except they had the heat turned off and it was a little cool

We had a wonderful stay. My co worker got sick and the staff were so helpful. The place is older but oh, so elegant. My coworker is a bit picky where she stays and she will definitely go back. That says a lot

Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift. Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience.

I absolutely love staying here. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and just love the staff!! Angel on 2nd shift at the front desk is just their namesake-an absolute angel. Every time I stay, the experience is that much better, and I love the view of the lake sooo much!

Bargain basement sheets, rust in the bathroom shower, kids greasy handprints on the windows, chemical smell in the corridor, no complimentary breakfast, no restaurant, lousy TV choices, door fitting off centre, safe broken, and more. All this for 134.00 a night is robbery.

Staff was friendly. Room was outsated but comfortable

Couldn’t adjust the heat. Room was hot. Room was very dated and furniture old and chipped.

Great spot for a family on a budget. The pool kept the kids entertained every day. The king suite with attached living space and pullout couch meant that as parents, we got to have some privacy but still be able to hear if anything was up. Nothing extravagant, but that's ok! This is our second year staying at The Casablanca, and we would gladly go again.

The front desk staff is awesome

This hotel used to be really nice and it's restaurant very good. While the staff was pleasant and the room clean, it's obvious things have changed. TV streaming was impossible the Internet is so bad.
