This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.

Hot tub wasn’t working. Pool wasn’t working properly as it was cold. The room we were in the bathroom exhaust fan wouldn’t dehumidify the room so when you opened door it made the whole room very humid. Ac seemed to add to the humidity of the room. Had to have window open at nights.

For $300 a night no breakfast pool is small and cold. No hot tub. And the rooms and beds are extremely small. You have to go to the 2nd floor for ice

The hotel is quiet and secure. The staff are excellent and helpful. Check in is always a breeze. We had two rooms and while one room was cleaned fantastic, the other was not quite as clean. It was fine for one night and we would stay again.

Pool and hot tub were closed, shower didn’t have much hot water either. Besides those amenities being not great, hotel was fine. Nice and clean.

Clean was room but not that big. The sheets were nice and soft. Plenty of outlets to plug your phone but the ac/heating unit was noisy. My biggest beef was the bar refrigerator did not work. They couldn't do anything since we were just staying for one night. The front desk even told me that the fridge doesnt really get cold since its only a bar fridge! 😱 It was kind of an inconvenience since I had some stuff I needed to keep cold. All they can say is "sorry"!

Hot tub was not working and had not been for quite some time. If this had been available info when I booked, I would not have chosen this hotel - for the price of a hotel room I expect a working hot tub.

Clean Room, courteous staff.

Very nice hotel, our only complaint was the strong cannabis smell at the outside entrance and through the inside halls. Fan for heating/cooling was loud but temperature control worked well and the room maintained a comfortable temperature. Attached Denny’s was great for our late arrival. Restaurant was clean, food was excellent and staff were friendly.

This is a quality hotel that has been recently updated ... Good value for price point.

Hot tub is broken, restaurant attached was closed. Nowhere near to get breakfast or lunch. Dinner is only available at a pub.

The hot tub was closed due to maintenance which would have changed our hotel choice. The shower/tub had mildew and was quite gross. However, the check in was good and we were offered a late check out. Also, having the Denny’s attached to the hotel was convenient

For the most part, the accommodation was fine but it lacked a bit in the cleanliness of the room. Room service and the front desk staff were good and the shuttle service was super and included with the stay. Overall it was good for the price.

Hot tub was like warm at best..full of foam and had a dirt/scum ring around the top .. got out as soon as we noticed it.

There was supposed to be a pool and hot tub but the hot tub was “temporarily closed for maintenance”. When we checked in the receptionist told us “it might be fixed by this evening”. After speaking with another guest who regularly stays at this hotel, he said that she lies. The hot tub has been out of order for months and she keeps telling people that it will be fixed “later today” every time someone checks in. Our room was not clean. Neither were the hallways. The toilet barely flushed, the sink was all or nothing (every time we turned the water on it was so forceful it splashed all over us and we could not adjust it to have lower pressure). The room was incredibly hot. We turned on our air conditioning and it would only cut in for a few minutes at a time so we were unable to cool the room down. The gym had 2 treadmills but only 1 worked (and it would make an incredibly loud banging sound when I ran on it). I am very disappointed in this hotel. Sandman should be embarrassed to have their name on this property. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is attached to Denny’s which served a great breakfast - however, we should’ve received a $40 voucher which the receptionist failed to supply for us so we paid full price for our meal.

Could have been cleaner in the bathroom.
