THE WIFI AND INTERNET ACCESS BADLY NEED UPDATING

The stay went well. The room and breakfast were excellent.

Um hotel incrível ! Um palácio ! Tudo muito limpo e organizado. O que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã , mas se vc não for exigente , esse hotel é perfeito .

Quarto excelente, café da manhã muito bom. Hotel limpo e bem cuidado. Único problema é que fica na beira da rodovia. Então vá até o centro, visite o palácio e também a cidade velha. O hotel é bom mas mal localizado.

As instalações do hotel são lindíssimas. Tem estacionamento gratuito, então se você estiver de carro é um plus. O café da manhã, nada de excepcional. O salão é bonito, se é que me entendem ! (Não se come o salão). Colchão de molas antigo, acordei quebrada no outro dia e tive que dormir sem travesseiro porque são altos demais. Pedi para trazerem um mais baixo. Trouxeram, mas ainda não adiantou. Alto demais. Imagino como deve ser difícil aguentar uma estrutura tão grande e tão antiga. Quem tem dinheiro para se hospedar lá, tem dinheiro também para se hospedar em um alto moderno, mais confortável ! Se trocarem as camas e os travesseiros já melhora muito muito !

Everything throughout our stay was truly exceptional, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations in almost every regard. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail were all of an impressively high standard. Our only minor disappointment was the absence of an outdoor pool, as we had been under the impression prior to arrival that such a facility would be available. Nevertheless, this did little to detract from what was otherwise a wonderfully refined and memorable stay.

Leider das schlechteste Frühstück unserer Reise. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine war sehr bitter, Baked Beans und Rühreier waren völlig kalt.

The bed sheets were not changed throughout my stay. I even left a lipstick mark on purpose to check, and the sheets were still not replaced. There was no shampoo provided initially — we had to request it. The building is very old, the shower is extremely small, and the internet connection was the worst I’ve experienced. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Overall, this was a poor experience. I would not return, nor would I recommend this place to others.
