Great place Pool was clean

Great 4th of july weekend!

This hotel needs a deep cleaning and roach fumigation plan. We raised thr issue to front desk at checkout and they advised that new building next door is to blame but you can tell this place needs a deep cleaning.

Front desk had me waiting for over 30 minutes to get my reservation.

The room presentation was good and clean. Price was decent. However, there was a baby roach in the restroom, the water from the sink faucet smelled like rotten egg, the pool water was murky and mattresses were really firm. Shower water and cleanliness was good. Also, we had enough toiletries and towels. Room was spacious and I like that you could bring your pet. However, the dogs in the next room to us barked way too much. The short walk to the beach was what made it worth the stay though.

There was a croach in one of the beds

The room was infested with German roaches. Horrible conditions and run down facility

They offer late checkout till 2:00 p.m. But rooms need to be checked before paying. Possibility of bugs roaches and stuff not working. On the lower level rooms on the lower 100. The rooms are nice and updated and the location is ideal but it seems like it's going downhill more and more every year

It looked clean on the outside but the inside was roach infested

The property needs updating to look more inviting. Bedsheet and pillowcase should not be used if there are stains.

Falta limpieza mantenimiento renovar su mobiliario

Deben poner mas variedad de desayunos, me he hospedado 2 veces ahi pero creonque solo x el desayuno buscare otra opción

Volvimos después de unos meses y la verdad ya no nos gustó. La habitación grande tenía plaga de cucarachas pequeñas. La habitación está descuidada. El desayuno demasiado básico. Lo bueno es lo atento de la chica del desayuno y el personal de recepción.

Excelente opcion de hotel muy tranquilo y cerca de la playa, siempre me hospedo ahi lo unico es que deberian de hacer el servicio al cuarto diario

El desayuno no es bueno, la limpieza muy mala, ni las toallas malas cambiaron, limpieza del cuarto ningún día.
