Overall okay hotel. Staff are friendly. But hotel WiFi very bad. Also complementary coffee tasted like water.

Stayed a night with husband, dog, and two kids, aged 9 and 12. This was our second time staying here, and we'll be back! It's Perfect for families travelling with kids and pets. Kids had fun in pool, and can't go wrong with Denny's on site for breakfast. Very close drive to downtown Victoria and all the tourist stuff. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and upgraded us to a suite when we arrived for early check-in, and our room was not ready yet. The property is a bit dated, but that doesn't impact the stay. We had a great time.

Great stay

Please get some softer comfortable pillows. My sleep wasn’t the best because of the hard firm pillows.

Room smelt like sweat and over all hotel cleanliness was not great. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations and a deep clean.

We had a great stay. The front desk were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Would've liked a better restaurant attached as The Denny's at the hotel was a bit old. We were within a 17 minute walking distance to some lovely restaurants and breweries.

We stayed for 8 nights and we had a kitchenette with everything in it. We picked up fresh crab and mussels downtown and cooked a feast. Would be better with an oven although. And the room sleeps 5 but the kitchen only had sets of 4 for everything. Also, when they cleaned the room, they would only leave three towels.
