The price was very affordable and the location and environment of the hotel was great. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was that the soundproofing of the guesthouse was a bit poor, I could hear loud noises from next door and the ice machine working outside of the room.

I booked throw a third party and was expecting tickets to the water park, and did not get them. I also was expecting to pay with hotel.com cards for most of the room but was unable to because I was paying at the hotel and I was unable to use the hotel.com cards. They did have huge tub and a free breakfast so that was good. Clean room and friendly staff. A security guard was also in the lobby after 9, which made me feel safer.

Clean room. A lot of noise in the room above that went on until late. I phoned the night manager and she took care of it.

Clean quiet hotel. Breakfast could use an upgrade. Cold eggs, very minimal. Otherwise good hotel to stay at close to WEM.

Stayed for 2 nights, room seemed like it was tidied not cleaned. Shower barely had water pressure to wash the shampoo out of my hair and the tub wouldnt drain good so you were standing in your dirty shower water or the shower water from the previous person in the shower. The complimentary breakfasts is a joke, there was 2 kinds of cereal with milk and a pancake maker that took over 15m to make a pancake. Dont recommend if you're looking to be in the hotel to use the ammenities

Overly priced especially for not having a pool and hot tub. Breakfast was minimal and not good. Front desk person grumpy. Mattresses were hard.

Clean room, great breakfast, near shopping mall

Elevators and hallways felt very neglected, have cleaners but it WREAKED especially the elevator. We all had to hold our breath it smelt so bad! Room was better.
