Great place nice breakfast. Kids loves the pool

The hotel was very convenient to stay at. The pool and waterside were a hit with our young kids and the breakfast had lots of options.

Hotel needs an upgrade. Carpets dirty and worn. Beds good- clean and comfortable. Definitely short staffed. Breakfast staff unable to keep up with food and utensil demand. Breakfast was ok- however there was NO change in menu. For 3 mornings the exact same thing was served. Rooms being made up every 3 days is not adequate. This left us searching for clean towels, coffee etc daily. Staff did their best, but could not keep up with demand.

There was nothing really wrong with our stay, but there wasn't anything particularly memorable about it either. It was a comfortable place to spend the night after a day exploring Drumheller, and we had a good night's sleep. The location was convenient. The amenities were quite busy during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was basic but adequate, and the pool was very busy, so we didn't get much of a chance to enjoy it. Overall, it was a decent, comfortable stay that met our needs for the night.

The room was clean, cool and comfortable upon arrival. I noticed the hair dryer didn’t work after I had a shower. The jets in the hot tub were out of order. Breakfast area was packed with barely any food left over (this was at 8:00am). I think the room was overpriced. It was a convenient place to stay when visiting the museum for a night.

The waterslide for the pool was a hit. But the rooms are much dirtier then the pictures make it seem. They have seen better days.

Booked a suite for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. It was great to have a separate room for the kids and the adults. The living area and full size fridge were great to have as well.

Great family hotel. Full kitchenette is great and the rooms are large and spacious. Some updates have occurred, some areas still dated. There’s a nice games area, pool an water slide a hit with children. Nice to have hot breakfast included. Great location.

It was ok. Nothing special about it. Clean enough. Bed was just ok. The shower was good. The complimentary breakfast was better then most.

The staff and pool were great, but the beds could always be more comfortable.

Excellent, family-friendly hotel! The pool and water slide were very appreciated on the hot summer days. The suite was cool (thanks, AC!) and fully equipped. The second bathroom was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again, next time we go to Drumheller!

Got there at 4pm. Room was not ready, said come back in 45 mins. Came back and room still wasn’t ready, finally got the room at 5:45pm Property is old and run down. Breakfast was average

The room was clean the pool was clean? The towels were skimpy and limited. Breakfast was good

The room was clean and fresh. The staff was accommodating to any requests. We enjoyed the breakfast a good selection of food

Really good breakfast.

Breakfast was good but crammed. The hot tub wasn't working the first night, and the 2nd evening it was packed so never got in. Our room was clean but musty smelling...which we discovered was coming from the air conditioner so we just left the air off and kept the window opened. Our double queen room was much smaller than anticipated so very crammed but the beds were quite comfy. Overall if I stayed again I would try for a bigger room.

Unfortunately this had to be the worst stay we ever had at a hotel. First for 380 a night you would expect a clean room. Nope. Smelled moldy when you walked in. Then the room was hot as hell as the air was shut off. When we went to turn air on we had to shut off as right out side the window was the siting area for people to site and smoke. Then the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling and brown spots along with mold on the bathroom overflow drain. The caulking on the floor was moldy and cracked and wet when we arrived. Toilet wouldnt flush unless you held handle until empty. Went to front desk and asked for different room they said no they were booked. Well when at front desk there was 3 or 4 other people with similar complaints about toilets or air units not working or toilets over flowing as no pressure to move things. Then we decided to go to pool. Water was cold and we weren't the only ones to say. Kids were shivering after 10 min. Hot tub was Luke warm and didn't function properly. Then next morning as we were leaving for day seen cleaning staff starting to.clean so we put our towels and such in tub as they ask to make things easier. Came back after a day out they didn't even go to the room. No new towels no garbage clean up no nothing. Went to front desk told them and they said would you.like towels. Honestly for what we paid and for what we got id stay anywhere else but here.

The bed was extremely noisy and it made it hard to sleep. The curtains also didn’t close all the way so trying to get kiddos to go to bed was harder than it had to be. Don’t worth how much money I paid that’s forsure

Kids liked the pool and slide. Room was small. Breakfast was good.
