Room was very warm, TV didn’t work. Bed was okay, bathroom a fine size well finished but little control in temp of shower hot or hotter

I feel the lounge bar could do with redecorating, a light colour the brown is not good, some new pictures, the horse is wonky and new carpet

Hotel was ok, food and drink prices were ridiculous for what it is. Starter overpriced, & Lamb dinner £32 with 3 tiny pieces of potato which is 1 1/2 potatoes absolutely ridiculous.

A beautiful spa with very friendly staff, good with allergies in the restaurant, delicious food.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Rowhill Grange. Beautiful locations, lovely staff and really great spa facilities. Will certainly be coming back.

Receptionist at spa didn’t have a clue had to keep repeating myself. seems to be ongoing problem.

Room was a good size, the shower was large. Little extras lovely. Spa and treatment amazing. Hotel clean,staff friendly. Had room service quick and placed on table by staff.

The property is in need of care and renovation. The room has had basic renovations and was comfortable. However the rest of the hotel is now very dated and unclean. Especially the elevator entrance hall, behind reception. We did not use the spa, so we can not comment on that. May this is just a spa day location and not so much of a luxury retreat anymore.

Very disappointed my van was broken into and all.my tools stolen with another load of vans targeted staff didnt help. Secure car park it definitely isnt camera on entry so why did no one see what happened?? And others targeted several times whilst there lively hoods lost i wouldnt stat here again.wouldnt ay

The hotel room is fine. The “spa” is horrific. The steam room had no steam and was cold. The men’s suana is facing the open loos. The “hydrotherapy” pool was freezing cold. In all, extremely disappointing. We checked in, an hour later checked out.

Very nice hotel

Overall a very nice hotel, although the spa area/pool/sauna/showers etc need some TLC. Pool isn’t for swimming, due to size and shape.

The property is on lovely green grounds and feels much further out of the city than it is. Staff is a bit hit and miss, and so is the service. The beef and lime sorbet in their RGs restaurant was excellent but, given the price point, the restaurant environment could do with some investment in ambiance and personality. I didn't experiment with the pool and spa but will be back for that.

Incredible service but prone to mice due to location

We had a wonderful stay, staff were so friendly and the spa was excellent!

Check in was smooth and found we'd had a complimentary upgrade which was lovely. Staff are very nice but it all felt a bit chaotic. This was very different from past visits. Therapist was 20 min late for my appointment and as a result it felt rushed. And it was as didnt get my full time. Room was too bright and no background sounds so a silent massage. Odd. Food was ok but not worth the price. Overall its not the hotel it once was but staff remain its best feature.
