该酒店给我的印象很不好，首先自驾到门口没有代泊车不说，而是根本没有一个工作人员告诉我停车的区域；带着大包小包checkin的时候也没人帮助，前台服务人员因为我是从第三方网站预定而态度很差，拒绝提供本人所能够享受的万豪金卡会员待遇；进入房间装修的味道很刺鼻，一整晚下来头很晕，而且房型很奇葩，卧室靠走道隔音也很有问题，经常收到打扰。总之感觉该酒店不符合万豪国际品牌的标准，也不具备酒店经营的基本素质，性价比极低，不推荐任何人去入住。

The gentleman at the front desk greeted my wife and me with such a warm and welcoming attitude—we could tell he truly enjoys his job. Our stay at Pier South Resort, Autograph Collection by Marriott, was wonderful. The views are absolutely amazing, and having restaurants conveniently located right downstairs was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful right on the beach , but the elevator being down and having to find street parking put a damper on our stay a bit ! There was homeless and suspicious people wandering around the park next to us so we hardly utilized it .

Main elevator was not working the entire time so had to use service elevator. Kind of hard to get to. Had an upstairs neighbor that was very noisy need more soundproofing on upper floors

Coffee machine didn’t work and no one seemed to care. Lift out of service and had to use service lift.

Friendly staff, beach view, room was clean and the restaurant was good. The pool needs updating and cleaned daily but was ok. We had the same waitress twice at dinner and she was super friendly. The staff was helpful when we did need something. Great location and we were able to walk to just about everything. The bus and trolley were easy to use when we went to Tijuana. The few negatives were more a customer service issue. They spent one night fixing a door at the restaurant during a busy dinner service. It may have been better to just block off that door until the restaurant closed. On the same night you could see hotel employees smoking weed on a break from the restaurant seating area on the outside patio. I get that it’s California and a beach town but not the best customer service. There was also one employee clearly intoxicated around lunch time getting on and off the elevator. The beach also closed the day after we got there because of toxins from Mexico. That’s more from poor leadership and Gov. Newsom and not the hotels fault but maybe something that should be listed as a potential issue before someone books a room for 6 days. The two homeless people sleeping right next to the restaurant also not the hotels fault. Our room wasn’t serviced the last two days so trash stacked up in the room but we didn’t base the rating on that. Overall, we still gave it a 4 but this hotel could easily be rated higher with some better staff training and guidelines.

Amazing! Friendly staff, amazing room, steps from the sand, and incredible view. Will definitrly be staying again!

I truly enjoyed my time here, my accommodations exceeded my expectations and were very comfortable and relaxing. The view was amazing and the sound of the ocean soothed me. Gabby, Ronnel and Kassandra made me feel most welcome and looked after, the various activities that are offered throughout the area as well the hotel are fun leisurely ways to spend time. Anyone looking for a hidden beach getaway, look no further, I recommend this resort.

Nice rooms, very noisy and specially in the morning when cleaning staff was cleaning. You could hear the cleaning carts going up and town the halls and hear the ones on the floor above. One day our room was not cleaned even though we requested it 2 times.

The happy hours here are amazing!

The service was bad. Room was not cleaned after we returned from being out all day. We had to call them twice just to get them to clean the room.

Dette var rett og slett fantastisk bra! Vi booket dette som siste natt i San Diego, og kostet på oss en suite, med veranda og havutsikt. Dette er det beste hotelloppholdet vi hadde på turen. Familien bestemte at dette var så bra at vi ikke skulle forlate hotellet for å spise. Happy Hour på taket er nydelig før middag på restauranten. Så kan du sitte på verandaen og se og høre på bølgene resten av kvelden.

Positives ..Gabby and Rinell were awesome . I loved the location and the area around. The staff at the resort were awesome . Daily happy hour. Negatives If this property is still owned by Marriott or franchisee there are some basic building maintenance that should be addressed I get because it’s a beach town the salt water eats up everything but the dust between the elevator glass is horrible also the balcony glass needs to be cleaned daily I saw a maintenance person clean the lower level glass but not the upper levels and Marriott has enough money to get it done . This is an autograph logo property and should be the pride of the area.

Beautiful place right by the ocean the staff was really nice and welcoming. Everything was beautiful.

Not what we expected. Waste of money Way too expensive for the type of resort. The only good thing about the place is the beach view Resort is lonely, old, horrible unsafe area. Many homeless people next to resort I felt like I booked a Motel
