Clean room good stuff

Hot Tub is nice and very warm. Breakfast has a good variety. Everything seemed very clean. Flooring seemed quite freshly upgraded. Rooms are a little small when you have 2 toddlers with you, there would be no room for a playpen.

Breakfast was amazing ! Staff are constantly refilling items. Staff are all super friendly hot tub and pool were also great ! 100% will stay again and recommend!

I was on a trip with my son as a gift from my wife who made arrangements. The room was booked, paid for, and i completed the check in online, where i was told i just had to pick up keys. On arrival i was asked to produce my wife's credit card (which the bank does NOT allow) for verification. As my wife was 5 hours away with HER credit card this was not possible. I therefore had to cancel the paid for booking- which is non-refundable because it wasnt 24 hrs in advance - and pay for the room on the spot, plus the $200 dd. If i need the credit card dont tell me that 'all i have to is pick up keys' .

Pool and hottub were nice. Room was clean with a great mattress. Parking can be an issue.

Not great parking but the room was wonderful

I called and asked to make sure we had an openable window and a kitchenette. The window did not open. The pans were not usable in the kitchenette.

Hot tub was nice and hot. Lovely staff except for the lady working the breakfast buffet was rude and took the coffee away just as I wanted one more cup saying it’s closed! Other than that it was a nice place to enjoy a pool and hot tub.
