The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel.

Everything is at the average level except the showering. We got problem of the hot water, which was unstable and the staff could not help. Which was at the midnight 12. Room is a bit old but clean . Breakfast is just common and nothing special.

Stayed here for two nights. The main advantage is the location, only a few minutes walk from the main square. Room is basic and standard but clean, and the point that I liked about the room is there is no carpet. Wifi connection is good.

Check in (11:00am) 跟Check out (9;00am)的時間蠻特別的 很適合一大早抵達 或是一大早要離開的旅客 早餐四點就開始也是很適合一早要出門的人

非常舒適的住宿體驗，房間、浴室空間很大、床也很大很舒服。大廳很寬敞、古柯茶很香很濃郁。不過飯店位置在小巷子中，如果不搭乘計程車前往較不方便，距離兵器廣場大約5分鐘的走路路程。飯店的工作人員也都很親切、貼心。

Blitt belastet for rom 2 ganger - Først på hotels.com med direkte kjøp og så på hotell med kort belastning Frokost starter meget tidlig og slutter kl 0930 Kjøp av drikke på kveld bør du gjøre i en lokal butikk og ta med på rommet.. da hotellet stenger salg tidlig.

Beautiful property; excellent location; the beds were very comfortable, but I wish we were able to turn on the AC. we ended up opening the windows at night instead.

La réception : décevant pour un Novotel, aucune aide. Des bouteilles d'eau que le premier jour.

Colonial rooms are nicely decorated, staff was very helpful and sensitive to any need we had. The only problem with Colonial rooms, witch are located one floor above the lobby court, is the noise that's comming either from the lobby or from the adjacent room, since the walls are thin.

Perfeito, tudo de 1a qualidade, quarto super confortável, lençóis e toalhas , limpeza, café da manhã, tudo impecável. Fiquei tb num 5 estrelas na ida que ficou atrás do Novotel.
