Stay was great but what is not great is the number of emails I received for a one night stay it’s ridiculous

The room was clean and comfortable. We were satisfied with the condition. We were unhappy about the extra $18 facility fee that we were charged upon arrival. Additionally, the $20 parking was twice as expensive as surrounding parking options. These extra fees actually resulted in the room, being more expensive than nicer hotels in the area. I would not stay here again as a result. It seemed underhanded.

Staff was excellent and their way of communication is modern via text and email which I prefer. Hotel itself is clean and updated compared to most others around the area. Overall would stay here again.

felt very cottagey

The staff seemed very difficult and off putting to deal with. Every person I spoke with at the desk kept giving me different amounts for different charges. You should all be on the same page so it’s not so confusing. Check in and check out staff were rude. The trying to kill someone with kindness and over the top passive aggressive tone isn’t cool. Maintenance staff was extremely friendly, which made that passive aggressiveness from previous staff stand out even more than it already did. You shouldn’t treat people like that. I won’t be back and won’t recommend to friends or family.

Great hotel, but lots of hidden fees ($40 a day parking, $20 resort fee, and other miscellaneous). If I would have known this before booking, I would have booked another hotel that fees we already covered in the cost.

Clean and nice confy bed and sheets. No fridge, noisy area of hotel by pool and ever- slamming hallway door

Beautiful interior with antique touches mixed with contemporary. The outdoor area with the fire pits was lovely and live entertainment I loved. Easy walk to the falls and restaurants.

Decent location and quiet. Relative clean and decently maintained given it has operating a long time.

Room was circa 1980. Getting to the room was a maze. Front of the hotel is a vacant parking lot. Overall very disappointed. Given how it much it cost we felt ripped off. Not at all what the pictures made it look like. Very misleading. This isn’t an old stone mill.

room smelled of cigarettes. water in fridge was a nice touch. conveniently near venue.

Location and ambiance

Great hotel within walking distance to both the Falls and Clifton Hill areas. Very convenient for those with dogs. Beautiful courtyard and decent pool. Parking is a bit pricey at $40+tax per night. We had breakfast at the onsite restaurant and it was excellent, though a bit pricey, but it's Niagara Falls, everything is pricey. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great old school hotel. Nice clean pool! Our room was a suite and had hot tub which was a great addition. Overall quite cozy place to stay.

Just as advertised. Close to everything and other than parking fee ($45) all was great.
